There are some reports that Russia's air defense's shot it down? If it was moving that slow how was that a meteor? There are some confusing reports. There is a video with Russia shooting artillery at something, you can definitely here them attacking something.

I found this update interesting:

8:10 GMT: Oleg Malkov, an aerospace scientist at Moscow State University, told Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper that the meteorite went undetected by space scanners, likely because it was coming from the direction of the Sun. "We can only register stones coming from the direction of the night sky," he explained. Malkov confirmed that the meteor shower in the Urals was not connected to the 2012DA14 asteroid that will approach Earth in a few hours.

I just can't buy into this... it's way too coincidental for me.

Maybe this asteroid has knocked around some rock debris, or perhaps it's being proceeded by a meteor/debris shower ?

research a source and post it, or some more compelling evidence. It seems to unlikely that what you said can possibly be true, that she is skyping you a video of a crater and you have a girlfriend in that city. If you are telling the truth don't hate me for calling you out.
