Well, I am already here .. for a long time and going back would not be option.. I wouldn't go anyway - I rather honor the oath that I took when I became citizen ... "..that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic..."

And you are absolutely right .. if hell breaks loose, it will be nasty - very nasty .. and today the President - that took the same oath - has ignited that rocket ...

But don't you worry, if the United States goes down .. a lot more countries will go with it .. thanks to interconnecting financial and economical systems.. we have seen this in the 2008 housing market bubble..

It's the first step into something that even the President won't be able to control ..

You're absolutely right. Once the fuse has been lit, no one, NO ONE, can control the Unintended Consequences.

No president, no general, no black-hearted banker can ever put the genie back into the bottle once they loose it.

Keep your head down and your powder dry.

I think that subsequent chaos is as intentional as lighting the fuse itself. Why do you think they've been building all of those cool new underground facilities and bug-out locations? They'll do like any sensible demolitions expert and retreat to a safe and secure distance prior to the explosion. They'll have a great view of the destruction without even getting dirty.

Some notes to the executive orders.

15. Direct the Attorney General to issue a report on the availability and most effective use of new gun safety technologies and challenge the private sector to develop innovative technologies.

I think this is a pretty heavy one. First "challenge" means more "directing" - basically telling manufactures what they can and can not produce. This is another step into communism and removing free markets ...

16. Clarify that the Affordable Care Act does not prohibit doctors asking their patients about guns in their homes.

17. Release a letter to health care providers clarifying that no federal law prohibits them from reporting threats of violence to law enforcement authorities.

Even I can see that Doctors are the forefront of detecting "people" with "issues" - I think this is very easy to abuse this.. Basically allowing "doctors" to call out any person which than gets investigated .. this violates not only the constitution and the bill of rights but also hits a strong moral border line...

This is just unbelievable and are tactics that have been used by the Nazis (SS), the old GDR (via the Stasi), any country that abuses human rights ...

---

So overall, most of them look "not so bad" - there are some heavy ones in there - that have been neatly packed so people would not see them in first glance... all strategy, but these few will have the most impact...

I wonder what the "Doctors" are saying to this? .. are we going to give doctors the power to arrest someone next? Maybe even issue a gun to them? .. haha .. just kidding - but who knows? Now everything is possible :-D

So they think.

They aren't the first, nor will they be the last to make that miscalculation.

People who run frequently just die tired. People who seal themselves into ovens frequently get baked. It never fails to amaze me that they never see that coming.

Hitler thought himself safe in HIS bunker, too... right up to the day he had to eat his own bullet to keep others from feeding him theirs.

Ceaucescu, Mussolini, literally dozens or hundreds of others throughout history have thought the same thing, and though wrong. They, too, were not the first nor the last to miscalculate.

While I certainly hope for no chaos or civil disruption, if it does come, I sure hope you're right.

It won't be pretty. Civil "unrest" never is. When it gets bloody, people need to remember WHO started this war. I believe they will, and will act accordingly. History shows that it's often the case that they DO remember and act accordingly, much to the detriment of those who pushed for it to begin.

When everything you loved is laying in puddles, there is nothing left but to go after those who made it so. I know in my case, when I have nothing left to live for, I'll make my end count for something for someone else.

Oh please, you are just another selfish, dictator wannabe...

Neither you, nor YOUR president, nor ANYONE can take away, nor restrict ANY natural rights, and the second amendment is a NATURAL RIGHT...

If you want an armed insurrection within the United States, keep trying to side with the selfish, powerhungry, dictators wannabe, and you will get your wish.

The issue with any EO it just doesn't look good and reminds us to much how dictators use their powers. There is a reason why Government is not simple and long discussions between parties need to take place before anything can be enacted ... just overriding them, is not only arrogant but also extremely unproductive and a slap in the face for those who actual work hard to create laws and have healthy discussions...

I truly hope it doesn't happen. All these selfish, dictator wannabes that think they have the right to dictate how others should live, are the same sort of people who sided with dictators in the past, and even to this day.

All these people who think they have a right to dictate how others should live, think they know better sitting in their general armchairs looking at everyone else down their nose as if they were kings and queens.

Get off your high general armchairs, grow the hell up, and understand that EVERY PERSON has a RIGHT to DECIDE FOR THEMSELVES how they live...

People don't need armchair generals to tell them how to live...

We don't need your selfish, higher than thou attittute, and every one of us can, and should DECIDE for ourselves how to live our lives...

Let me be blunt as well. Today - specifically TODAY, 16 January 2013 - around an hour ago, I watched as a presumed President of the United States declared war upon his own people. People whine and wring their hands and say "but how could Assad declare war on his own people?" in Syria... look no further than Washington, D.C. for your answer, for this very day they have done the same to the US people.

Obama's Jihad on Gun Owners

Actually aside from the gun issues and this is a very good video. I don't understand in all the US, why with this issue looming, there were not Pro Bono, expert lawyers waiting on the wings, with some white hat judges, to pounce instantly on this issue. Should have been already in the works.

But this is incredibly horrendous:

---China, suicide nets: the 20 story factories, where they drug them and do forced abortions so by the hundreds they were jumping off to commit suicide, so they put nets there. 1 person jumps, everyone copy cats and goes up to jump, because they're there, they're drugged, they're made to work 18 hours a day. They put "help me " notes in the packages, at Apple's Foxcom factories.

Al Gores on the board, he's the one who demands they have the worst pay in China. Slave labor.

www.dailymail.co.uk...

On a side note with guns in homes, 49 % of all violent crime has gone down according to the FBI gov site. He tells viewers to go to that site and search for themselves. I'm actually not going to as I feel highly suspicious of american secret service sites but maybe some others here will check and see if those stats hold out.

Here is what I believe has a greater than 50% chance of happening in the next four years. Critical mass of outrage is getting closer, among a large percentage of the populace. The current administration has not signaled any change of direction, namely they continue to pick apart the Bill of Rights, one by one. In addition, the real economic picture in the country is virtually on its death bed, and the administration and Congress show no willingness to face the problems head on. Each side is only concerned with pursuing their beliefs, neither is willing to compromise, and the result will be a continued slide into economic chaos.
Revolutions occur when 3 things come together:
1.) Enough people feel that they have absolutely nothing to lose, and that they have been sold out by the leaders of both government and industry.
2.)Those people have the ability to successfully cause significant disruption to the operation of the country.
3.)Those people have access to power, in the form of weapons and tactics to successfully fight a war of attrition.

Those three things are coming together perfectly.

There is a fourth reason that once this starts, it will quickly escalate:
4.)24 hour around the clock cable news coverage.

When a riot starts, CNN, MSNBC, FOX, ABC,CBS, NBC and virtually any I left out, come and roast marshmallows.
They do everything possible to escalate the situation.

Furthermore, people are becoming more aware of the negative effect that the MSM has had upon dissemination of truthful news. I can easily see crowds turning upon the MSM minions that are covering the riots, and that will further incite the masses to further acts against any and all authority.
Finally, I believe that the majority of enlisted men and women will not turn on their fellow citizens, and in fact, many will join the masses, as happened in the 1989-1900 Russian Revolution. In addition, it is well known that a good number of senior ranking military officers are disgusted with the current administration. (I firmly believe that this is why certain generals have been "retired" with various rather ludicrous claims against them.) There is still significant numbers of officers in positions of power, and control of troops to help in the effort to bring true democracy back to the country.

Especially the people that come to take the guns.

Too bad the toothless sheep that promote gun bans don't have to do the dirty work themselves and go door to door collecting the weapons from their owners. But, no, they will leave the dirty work to jack-booted govt thugs armed with the very weapons that they would deny us!

Grow some testicles and take the guns yourself! Make us safer....

lol

no thanks, you sound violent to me...and i prefer peace

We all remember how Obama campaigned to get rid of Guantanamo during his first run for President, and we all know how he turned once in office. We NOW know why he "changed". He now has all the "powers" he needs(such as the NDAA) to knock on doors in the middle of the night, take you away, without trial, and have you disappear into the night, to spend the rest of your days, however short, in Guantanamo. Of course, he will have to greatly expand that facility. Perhaps that is why some Democrat shills in Congress are calling for transfer to larger US facilities. Welcome to 1984.
