The Stratford International Extension is maintained by COLAS Rail Ltd. COLAS Rail Ltd is also responsible for maintaining the City Airport and Woolwich Arsenal Extensions under maintenance contracts to CARE and WARE. The Lewisham extension is currently owned by City Greenwich Lewisham Rail Link plc (CGLR) who are also responsible for maintaining the extension under a concession agreement until 2021 when ownership reverts to DLRL.
In 1991, the British Government announced that, from March 1992, responsibility of DLR would transfer to the umbrella of the London Docklands Development Corporation, sponsored by the Department of Environment. In October 1994, the Secretary of State for the Environment announced that 'the Government would privatise the DLR in line with its 1992 Manifesto commitment'.

Learn to be more self-sufficient. You don't have to rely on others for food. Start a garden and start learning about wild foods. If you have to steal from others because you've become dependent on the grocery stores then who is really to blame?
Its not as easy as it seems, most people live in cities and towns and have no garden or space or enough room that they would be unable to grow enough to keep a rabbit alive.
It is not easy at all......... I have never known gardening or farm work to ever be easy when you are getting started. I know a few cities and towns that have community gardens. They do this since they do not have the space in their own homes. where there is a will there is way.
You want to make it sound as if without wally world or kroger humanity would have never survived its early years on earth.
Russia suffered of food shortages. My family there survived from having their own garden in moscow. My wifes grandparents currently live in a small villiage where they have an out house and a garden which they use to feed themselves. Her other grandparents still have a garden im moscow.
I think if the russians can do it.. i think we can handle it. heck my grandmother even had a garden and she lived downtown in my old home town.
Now if they go after our ability to grow food then expect a full fleged revolt. The vietnamese did a good job defeating the USA even they they were out gunned and out manned. There are precendents tht dictate that it is not as hopless as you like to make it seem.

The bankers were the first in the oven in Germany and Russia.
They'll be the first in the oven in America if this is all true.
Remember, it only takes one angry general and a troop of cheated men.
Read about The Gracchi in Rome. Little bit of forgotten history, seemingly soon to be repeated in America.

I read about the projected food price increase a few years ago in a local Vancouver Newspaper article. It said it would be out if control. People might literally fight at the grocery store. Rob your shopping cart out of desperation. A loaf of bread would be five times the price. Until you simply cannot afford food.

no shop in the uk raised its prices by 50 percent in one day, so thats a lie. theres plenty of land for us to grow things on if things get bad as well.

People can grow in their own backyards if they have to.. They are either to lazy or they don't know the first thing about growing. My brother in law done it for fun in a 6m x 10m garden in his backyard. All you need is a little bit of knowledge and motivation. With that, catching his roasts was also a hobby.
