Oh so then it's murder in both cases?
In one case it is assault, in the other surgery.
Are you really that "un-evolved" to not understand the difference?
Yes, it does. Not rocket science.

So when a doctor does it it's considered surgery... not murder? I can understand being charged with assault, but then why murder? If the man goes to school for 10 years and becomes a doctor and then kicks the pregnant woman in the stomach, is that considered surgery?
In one case, we have murder. In the other case, because a doctor does it, it's a procedure. I don't understand, so I'll ask my other question again. Does the will of the mother change the status of the unborn child or does it not?

So you admit that in both cases the child is human and in both cases the child becomes deceased yet in only one case it is considered murder?
en.wikipedia.org...
Biologically, a child (plural: children) is generally a human between the stages of birth and puberty.[1][2] The legal definition of "child" generally refers to a minor, otherwise known as a person younger than the age of majority.[1][2]
It has to do with viability, and the mothers will. When a mother CHOOSES to have an abortion, they have an abortion. When a mother CHOOSES to keep the baby, it is not legal for others to choose for her not to.
Whats funny is you want to FORCE the mother to keep the baby. As it stands now, no one can FORCE someone to have an abortion.
I ask you, which one impedes on a persons rights?

Oh I see. So it's not like Pinocchio. Women just have a license to kill... kinda like Jame Bond. Thanks for clearing that up.

What's the answer then?
Would you make it illegal?

People that stop another human heart from beating should be thrown in a cage like an animal. Don't want a kid? Learn to be responsible. Now I have no issues here with very early abortion (before a heart beat) and if it's used to save the mother's life. But you do not walk into a clinic and abort a 7 month old child because it's your "womanly right". Calling that anything else but murder is insane.
