Oh so then it's murder in both cases?

In one case it is assault, in the other surgery.

Are you really that "un-evolved" to not understand the difference?

So when a doctor does it it's considered surgery... not murder? I can understand being charged with assault, but then why murder? If the man goes to school for 10 years and becomes a doctor and then kicks the pregnant woman in the stomach, is that considered surgery?

In one case, we have murder. In the other case, because a doctor does it, it's a procedure. I don't understand, so I'll ask my other question again. Does the will of the mother change the status of the unborn child or does it not?

It's called the right to CHOOSE if you want an abortion get one if not, then don't. I don't see how you think you have the right to tell anyone what they can or can't do with their body?? You can call it murder all you want it's not going to change the facts, abortion are not done late term, and if a mother really doesn't want the baby it's not that hard to do some research and find some herbs that will abort a pregnancy. I personally would never get an abortion, then again I've never been in a position to have to make that choice, that being said it's a choice that each individual has to make for themselves. It's not up to you to decide what they can or can't do, or whether what they choose to do is right or wrong.

Let me explain it this way: Those precious 6-year olds were murdered. We cried and grieved for their early demise. Seven years ago, their lives would have been considered dispensable and flushable had their mothers chosen that fate for them. No one would have cried for them then.

Yes, it does. Not rocket science.

So you admit that in both cases the child is human and in both cases the child becomes deceased yet in only one case it is considered murder?

Oh I see. So it's not like Pinocchio. Women just have a license to kill... kinda like Jame Bond. Thanks for clearing that up.

Again, that fact that it is human was never in question. Or did you expect it to be considered a giraffe?

No one is talking about aborting a child.

Here, ill help you start with that education:

Biologically, a child (plural: children) is generally a human between the stages of birth and puberty.[1][2] The legal definition of "child" generally refers to a minor, otherwise known as a person younger than the age of majority.[1][2]
en.wikipedia.org...

We are talking about legal abortion, not abortion in any circumstance (of which, lots are already illegal, such as late term abortion).

Wow. Propaganda troll.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

It has to do with viability, and the mothers will. When a mother CHOOSES to have an abortion, they have an abortion. When a mother CHOOSES to keep the baby, it is not legal for others to choose for her not to.

Whats funny is you want to FORCE the mother to keep the baby. As it stands now, no one can FORCE someone to have an abortion.

I ask you, which one impedes on a persons rights?

Man, anti-choicers do love to cling to the most extreme things they can find, dont they? A little hint for ya, though: it doesnt help your argument to make irrational statements. At all.

People that stop another human heart from beating should be thrown in a cage like an animal. Don't want a kid? Learn to be responsible. Now I have no issues here with very early abortion (before a heart beat) and if it's used to save the mother's life. But you do not walk into a clinic and abort a 7 month old child because it's your "womanly right". Calling that anything else but murder is insane.

Endless debate that the world may never be ever to solve

The mothers rights against her child

No matter how young

A helpless child with no say

But as they told me in my ,and it was my 1st dwi class

I chose to take that 1st drink

And it is my fault

No matter what

The mother gets laid, gets laid ,gets present ,she has to live with it for the rest of her life

Its reality

people who would impede on the rights of freedom to choose what they can or cannot do with their bodies should be thrown in a cage like an animal. Dont want an abortion? Dont have one. Learn to be responsible for YOURSELF first.

And there goes that extreme example garbage again. Last I checked, an abortion at 7 months is not legal. So clinging to that as an example sheds some light on the fact that you are grossly ignorant on this subject.

The u.s. has pretty much solved it, as much as some would like to attack that. We have our laws. They have been challenged, and upheld.

ETA: You're correct in one thing though. The mother has to live with it, whether she keeps the baby or has an abortion. Pretty easy, as a man, to sit and say its on her, isnt it?

I know I can't tell someone not to get an abortion but I'm really surprised by how many people who seem to think it's a great thing to do.

It's like an entire society of sociopaths.

people who would impede on the rights of freedom to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness should be thrown in a cage like an animal. Dont want to be aborted? Too bad! Learn to speak up in that womb!
