When did I compare anything

I was only responding to what in fact I had quoted.

He made a claim about the cause...I am saying if he can't support it with hard fact he shouldn't be exempt from his concern of spreading 'rumors'.

That's it.

He was referencing what we have all seen. And its considered a rumor to you? Therefor its compared to the 'rumors' that others are purporting about the 'theories' out there.

Hi my friend. Long time but I HAVE been reading your posts
You and I are on the same wave length for sure. A star and flag for your mature thread.

These rumors are really irritating me and to me (Mr Conspiracy himself) make absolutely no thorough sense.

The unofficial story from one of his friends is:

From what I’ve been told, Adam was aware of her petitioning the court for conservatorship and (her) plans to have him committed…Adam was apparently very upset about this. He thought she just wanted to send him away. From what I understand, he was really, really angry. I think this could have been it, what set him off,”

All this Batman, abolishing the 2nd amendment and Libor connection is (are?) very disappointing to read on ATS. It's way too Alex Jones-ish.

It's as if some people simply can't accept a horrific story for what it is (with a lot of specifics still unknown)----but instead, prefer to fill them in themselves

Sometimes a spade is just a spade.

Good to chat with ya again

You can see midtown clearly. And whats more plausible; that he saw Sandy hook on the bottom of a map that appears for three seconds. Or that he went there in his past ?

I don't know. I am just saying it's possible. Someone else mentioned a Batman video game showing this map but I don't know anything about it. There is an argument out there about video games causing violence, too, so I can't discount it.

As far as his past, sure, I guess. But I find it hard he would have a grudge against an elementary school since he is 20 years old. We do know his mom was not a teacher there so it kills the motive that he was seeking revenge against his mom. (The school has claimed she is not on any record there as a teacher)

I guess we will have to wait and find out.

I mean no disrespect to the children's families. What they are going through is something I would never EVER want for a person, whether it's a child or an adult that is slain.

This kid snapped because it appears his mother was about to institutionalize him.

These rumors are so unnecessary at this juncture and I wish they would cease.

If you can't backup that claim definitively are you not also spreading 'rumors'?

Please see my second-to- last post

At least I'm working with what's being reported and not adding in some imaginary element like many of these theories are doing.

Sure, I can say he was possessed by Satan and the devil made him do it AND....it's not being reported!!!
Is that better? More along the lines of 'Internet theories?

I don't know your position on this matter (I don't know you nor read your posts) but at some point, 'right' is just felt and 'wrong' is strongly recognized.

You're going to compare what he said to those saying Christopher Nolan had something to do with this, or that the father is faking in that video? Really? He is going off facts that have been presented. Others are going off the best ideas their imagination can come up with and then citing each other as if they have evidence to back themselves up.

I just wrote a response to Lucid Lunacy then... went back to catch up on recent posts ...to see we almost wrote identical replies. Way to go

Fair enough, but realize what you are implying with this batman thing. It is tying Christopher Nolan with the murder of 26 women and children. Take a breath and really think about that.

And of course it will be hard to find why he had a grudge against his old school. We are not child murderers. Perhaps he was bullied a lot as a kid. Who knows. But him being bullied as a kid makes far more sense than anything else that has been purposed so far.

I actually posted this in some thread. I calculated around 8 magazines (MAGAZINES, gun guys will get you for saying clips). I thought it was a little curious myself.

Why would the rifle be in the car? He went outside after shooting the kids, put his rifle up, got out the handguns, went back in the school and shot himself?

Something is fishy, I will give you that.

No, it doesn't have to tie in with Christopher Nolan. I believe that is mere coincidence. I know Robin in the movie said 'there are no coincidences' but in this case I believe it is. Like you said, this movie was made 2 years before it happened.

Bullying could be a motive, for sure. I am waiting to find out.

As to a more pragmatic approach to answering the 'why' you put out? Well here's two possibilities:

1) The guy was totally wigging out. He was on a mission to become the infamous monster killer of the century and...end his life.

Do you really REALLY think he was acting clearly?

2) There was SO much beyond-belief confusion that morning....and reporters trying to make sense of it so they can report it back to the world...... that details were (and still are) extremely mixed up.

Do you really think the 'professionals' can just walk in on this horrific carnage and match up the bullets with bullet holes and top it off with, which gun? It's a huge unfathomable undertaking.
I don't think anyone was prepared to encounter a scene like this. The only thing lower than is is a rampage in some maternity wing!

I guarantee, if any of us were at the scene (where there was blood still pouring out from the bodies)...and hundreds of reporters, helicopters, satellite trucks, police, fire, ambulance, mothers, fathers, neighbors, students, teachers all infiltrating this small town at once.............we'd bound to not make sense of it either especially when there was no official spokes-person (telling us facts) for a good portion of the day.
We'd come to rely on ANYONE willing to talk and there is where the rumors are conceived.

Give this the benefit of the doubt it deserves right now. And if the story STILL doesn't make sense in about 6-weeks, then I'd expect to see threads like this. Not 6 days afterward.

Id say that the bulk of the killings happened in one classroom, with all the students huddling in a corner.
I remember reading somewhere, it said in the first 2 rooms he went to,thats where most of his victims were killed.

So, he was only in the school for, 4-5-6 minutes? heard sirens, hid in a room, heard the police moving down the hallway and put a bullet in his head.

I'd guess, that most of the victims were in the first room huddled in a corner, and he just unloaded a couple of clips into the mass of people from the doorway, resulting in the front ones being hit more times than the ones in the middle.

then, he quickly walked down the hallway, taking single shots at people he saw in doorways.. went to his second room where he sat and waited. He probably had 4-5-6 bodies in the room, maybe he just sat there taking shots at their corpses as he waited for the police?

I think the kid did it, its very possible and im surprised he didn't get more.

The father working for GE as the VP for taxation has something to do with it.

If Fox News bulldog REILLY states something you can be damn sure the republicans and power elite are behind it!

www.foxnews.com...

Seems the republican elite don't like GE, most importantly their tax system!

According to his resume on LinkedIn, Peter Lanza is tax director and vice president of taxes for GE Energy Financial Services in the New York City area.

and it seems he hasn't been seen since.

The father and step mother of Adam Lanza, the 20-year-old whose gun rampage at the Sandy Hook Elementary School killed 26 people, have been pictured for the first time as it is revealed the couple fled their home on the evening of the attack and have not been seen since.

'The children all huddled in a corner'?
This goes against the 'lockdown' procedure that is taught to schools.

From my understanding with procedure, (verified in 3 different districts in 3 different states)...the children sit are informed to sit against the wall, underneath any open windows, with their feet and legs tucked in as close to their body as possible.

This is for anyone looking in through the windows. they would be unable to see anyone in said rooms, and hopefully pass on by.

I doubt very much that the children were all huddled on top of one another in the corner of a classroom.

At my school (I am a teacher) we all huddle in the corner. So maybe your procedure is correct in your area, but not here.

The number of shots fired is hardly a "wild conspiracy", it's a factor that is critical in discovering what really happened at the school. The number of shots per person is what leads me to believe that the .223 bushmaster rifle used in the killings was a military grade weapon capable of select fire -i.e - single shot, 3 round burst or full auto.
Every victim had a minimum of 3 bullet wounds - now add to that that there were 26 victims. Anyone really familiar with these weapons will tell you that it is more than likely an automatic fire weapon was used.
The police have said nothing about this. Don't you think it's important? Should we just all stop thinking and discussing what happened? How is ignoring facts being respectful for the families involved? Don't they deserve the truth about how their children were killed?
If there were more than one shooter (which I believe) then we are being lied to big time and Adam Lanza is another victim in this horrible tragedy and not the perpetrator.

Ho does your school differentiate the fire alarm sound (get out) to the lock down (stay in place) fire alarm?
If the office staff is out of the loop . . . . .

I am not saying it is beyond a doubt a conspiracy, but it was fishy.
That is undeniable. I am not one of those people to jump immediately to a conpsiracy, but it was weird.

I mean, the media released the brothers name as the shooter. For what reason? It has never been said that the shooter had the brothers id as fact. Why did the media know this before the brother himself knew his mom was dead or anything had happened? I mean, its not like they are just going to let the media walk up and dig through the bodies pockets. The media shouldn't have had some of the info they had when they did.

Id love to know where you stand on this whole ' the father is an actor video'. Because the alarming rate at which this is catching fire on ATS is eye opening.
