The only thing I can think of when hearing of Betrayus and now the new guy under fire for a sex scandal is "The Great Purge" within soviet russia.

The Great Purge was a series of campaigns of political repression and murder in the Soviet Union orchestrated by Joseph Stalin from 1936 to 1939.[1] It involved a large-scale purge of the Communist Party and government officials, repression of peasants, Red Army leadership, and the persecution of unaffiliated persons, characterized by widespread police surveillance, widespread suspicion of "saboteurs", imprisonment, and arbitrary executions.[2] In Russian historiography the period of the most intense purge, 1937–1938, is called Yezhovshchina (Russian: ежовщина; literally, the Yezhov regime), after Nikolai Yezhov, the head of the Soviet secret police, NKVD.

I find it disgusting how weak our leaders are. Our generals can't control their penis, and Obama bows in respect to everyone.

Any man who hasn't contracted enough will power to find loyalty to his wife, is a bald face liar if he says he can be found loyal in the name of state secrets.

If you can't be loyal to someone you love, how are you going to be loyal to a people who would rather spit on you and die than love you back. You can't. Both of these generals are weak, and do not deserve to lead men. They definitely have no business with having state secrets.

It looks like information from Petraeus is being intentionally kept from the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Feinstein also she also may subpoena reports on a trip Petraeus took to Libya in the last year.

“I believe that Director Petraeus made a trip to the region shortly before this (Petraeus affair) became public,” Feinstein said on "Andrea Mitchell Reports." “We have asked to see the trip report. One person tells me he’s read it, and then we try to get it and they tell me it hasn’t been done. That’s unacceptable.”

And the OBAMA drama continues, I am not very optimistic about the US future unless you are dependent upon Uncle Obama to provide a meager existence for you. Why work when you can barely survive with the dole outs, that being said, some very strange things are happening and my spidey sense tells me it stinks. Never mind which party you belong or voted for we all are going to experince some kind of trauma.

Obama wants little press as possible today while he's meeting with Labor leaders. Richard Trumpka at the White House......again!

Now Obama has “more flexibility”

I am telling you the guy is a traitor, and our government and military are full of them.

Finally someone gets it. I keep hearing about how this is a setup to cover this or that, but no mention of the fact that the men should not have put themselves in that situation in the first place.

Obama is a threat to national security. Peatreaus is a threat to national security and should be prosecuted. Now it seems Allen is a threat to national security. Hell, lets buy prostitutes for all of our commanding officers.

Does anyone find it odd that two Republican congressmen knew about the Petraeus thing in October, but President Obama didn't know about it until November 7th?

Which begs the question, plausible deniability or is he surrounded by people that knows he just doesn't care so they didn't tell him?

I think it's the latter. I don't think he cares and there are people doing his job for him and just tells him his talking points before going on camera.

I always thought that someone else was running the show too, but he allows it to happen, he gives them full reign.

If it is the latter, that is a scary thought. A POTUS that couldn't give a S&%T what happens.

Well honesty I kept going between that and early on-set alzheimer's.

All I know is something hinky is going on with this administration and all signs point to the fact the president has checked out.

So.......

Petraeus is the "fall guy."

"Ultimately as commander-in-chief I am responsible and I don’t shy away from that responsibility," ~ Obama

I think resignation, is in order..................

I would agree, but then Crazy Joe is at the helm!

Apparently, the FBI agent that started the investigation spilled the beans first to Eric Cantor and it went from there. However, I'm sure everyone was in the know, including Obama, before election day. I'm sure it was a mutual decision to keep the whole thing quiet until afterwards.

That is because they are not just emails, they are documents!!! He was emailing her documents. No way it is little text message type emails. Come on people use your head. This is a spy scandal. Kelley was a conduit for someone, or something.

There is a glaring error in that blog post.

The least significant development, but one of the weirdest, is the replacement of the FBI agent who began the investigation on behalf of the bureau.

That is wrong. The FBI agent, Mr. Shirtless FBI Guy, we shall call him for now, was acquainted with Kelly already. Kelley contacted him and he was the one that turned the case over to the Cyber Crimes unit. He never began anything "for the bureau", that is patently false.
