And I'm still wondering if the vacant house might have been a clandestine cooking lab. If the cooker never came or went, and things were snuck in during the overnight hours, it's entirely possible no one knew they were there at all. See as a ATS lover, I have had a ton of time to think about this and every thing I could possibly think of about what happened there ran thru my mind...from gas explosion to aliens. I said to my gf, what if someone was trying to take someone out and blew up their house. Its possible. Then the guy posted the guys profile and even though it didnt ring serious bells with me, he is still and electrical engineer. He just might have been into something where someone wanted him taking out. I'm sure his profile wouldnt say Secret Weapons Engineer or anything along those lines. Point is we dont know anything about anyone and lord only knows who this guy was if anything besides a innocent man who was killed is a accidental explosion.

I wonder in what capacity he worked with and understood RF. (I think it was listed in his profile)

Also I don't see yet where it has been released where he and his wife were found, was it in their own home next door to the one that exploded?, or was in actually in the reported vaction home owned by the father?

I have no clue, but anytime someone is involved in anything along those lines you have to start thinking covert stuff going on. Like I said people fool people all the time. His own wife couldve not known if he was working on anything secret or whatever. Sometimes you dont know your neighbor as you would think. For Instance i have a friend who was a Seal...then he came back to the states, got his pilots ticket, commercial, ATP, and all the bells and whistles. Then flew for Comair for while. The thing is talking to him you had no clue who he was or what he has done. He would kill you or could kill you if he wanted to...but he was so nice and all to all of his friends. Anyway, now he is working covertly overseas somewhere. I hear from him time to time but he never tells me what hes up to. Just says the #hit is real...whatever that is.

No, not definitively, yet multiple news sites (mainly local) officials at the scene, and the gas company rep have said they do not believe it is gas. Just stating, yes it has been said, no not definitively, but yes it has been stated, more than once.

Come on guys, DRONES? There are much cleaning ways of assassination , it would be pretty dumb to blow up a whole neighborhood, Come on Guys,

Authorities are being tightlipped, a "congressman" was the only one that said a bomb/meth lab have ruled out, so lets not take that too serious, clearly ATF was called out for a reason.

I just drove by the neighborhood a couple of hours ago, some IMPD patrol cars at the entrance, but not a high level of security or secrecy going on. No black helicopters, or the like.

For whatever reason, I get the feeling something came from the sky, but thats just a feeling.

What if it was unintentional? An accident?
Also, something from the sky was my other thoughts I stated earlier, space junk, piece of satellite, small meteorite? All sound plausible to me.

Read the articles K posted and drones won't sound like such a ridiculous theory. If it was a drone and were intentional and not accidental, I do not put it past our gov to what they need to hush who they want..that's just my opinion however. Notice I put a lot of 'ifs' in there, I'm just trying to figure it out like everyone else is.

I've gotten to a 17.2 to 1 ratio so far ha ha, but it's gone from moles, to grams to kilograms not volume, as well I have to work out 2600 Square feet into cubic feet. Then figure out the energy potential behind it. When you over think things your brain shuts down. Which mine has done, and I feel like a blubbering idiot ha ha.

for CH4.
1000L/m3 / 22.4 L/mol = 714g/m3 = 0.714kg/m3

a meter is about 3feet. so .238kg/F^3

Now, 5.8% of the houses volume would be occupied with CH4(natural gas)

Anyone want to change 2600 square feet to cubic feet for me? ha ha. It means finding out all the dimensions of the house...

It`s strange how , if this is a random explosion or a meteor or something , It`s strange how they were the only two people killed , one of whom was involved at the highest levels with companies like apple and android on top of working hands on with plasma technologies and the sort. If this was random , then holy # it`s the jackpot of all randomness.

Figure about 10 foot ceilings average and that gives you 26,000 cubic feet.

I have never experienced one around my area that I know of so I have no place to say if it could be felt all over or not?
With the amount of ambulances on the scene.. I have a gut feeling someone was severely hurt.
Gas leaks scare me! Especially since you can't 'see' them, but you can smell them sometimes.

An above-ground gas explosion can be felt for miles and miles - it just depends how much gas exploded. We had a below-ground one here several years ago and it registered something like a 3+ earthquake. Natural gas, dynamite, c4...its all a matter of how much. A large enough gas explosion can be bigger than a small c4 explosion.

Hijinx, I think you have an error in your conversion though. There would be more like 27 cubic feet in a cubic meter. (3x3x3).
