I was extremely pissed off
when my mom passed away, and
yelled at Him for taking her when I was still so young. I even went to the
point of saying, I don't believe You
exist because You wouldn't have let
this happen. I think that showed
Father that I still loved Him enough to
act the way I did. I became the lost sheep, and the good shepherd went
searching for me, as He does for all.
Religion makes it seem as if the lost
sheep must go looking for the
shepherd, which is not true at all.

what you said about the last moments on cross is very interesting indeed. But are'nt you giving God a very human character of forgetting his own plan when in grief and Jesus pbuh has to remind Him??
God to me is All knowing, All wise. and why would He grieve when the plan included resurrection after 3 days?
.
And ya death to us is horrible and we grieve and pain for the loss of a loved one, but isnt that due to the fact we dont know the afterlife or whats beyond.
But God is already beyond and He can see this life and afterlife clearly and knows it, after all He made it all.
So is death the same horrible to God as to us?

i am sorry to hear that, and I can understand what you felt. But every event can be a reminder to come to Him or a test for the believers, you know the quote, "fair weather friends" well God also let the "fair weather believers" themselves know what degree of faith they have. And ya God comes to the sheep, by these reminders and signs but the heart should be open to get the hints not closed by a rigid hammered belief.
We both disagree on beliefs yet we can talk, thats good to know.
My dad always used to tell me that he
loves me so much because I am of his
flesh and blood. I used to get angry at
that and I'd always retort with, "Just
because we are connected physically, that doesn't mean you can't love
David, my step brother, the same
way."
Hope this little personal story can clear
things up a bit, but my advise is to ask
Father. You, like all, have a personal relationship with Him.

i dint get you. That dint answer my questions, did you mean to to say i am as important to God as Jesus pbuh? If that, i slightly disagree, the relationship with God is a two way relationship, in other words the lock to the heart opens from the inside, ultimately ofcourse God knows it all, there's a great hadith about this-
Hadith Qudsi 15:
On the authority of Abu Hurayrah
(may Allah be pleased with him), who
said that the Prophet (peace and
blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
"Allah the Almighty said: ‘I am as My servant thinks I am (1). I
am with him when he makes mention
of Me. If he makes mention of Me to
himself, I make mention of him to
Myself; and if he makes mention of Me
in an assembly, I make mention of him in an assembly better than it. And if he
draws near to Me an arm's length, I
draw near to him a fathom's length.
And if he comes to Me walking, I go to
him at speed."
You remind me so much of myself, the
whole two way street personal
relationship with Father thing. I used
to say that verbatim
Love gives without expecting back
and Father perfectly loves. Doesn't matter if you love or acknowledge Him
or not, because He will still love you.
How can the lock from the heart open
from the inside when Father created
that heart? You think you have the
key, but I disagree.
