The no form is one. The form is constantly changing, it appears and disappears to look different each instant. The form appears to live and die.
The formlessness behind the form is constant.

When you watch the tv you see an image moving and changing.
Beneath the image is the screen - the screen is not noticed because of the moving image but without the screen no image can be.

The form is never separate from the no form.
Emptiness is form.
