Competition arises because there is a belief that dark opposes light. When really darkness makes light and the light is seen in the darkness.

The mind splits one into two.

Ask yourself the question what is non duality.

It cant be described because it exists behind the objects, behind thought. It hovers inside the whole. It is the whole and there are no shades of colours in its sky.

The is nothing to believe. Non Duality doesnt require an explanation as it cant be defined. What i believe of Non Duality is the knowing of the nature of it, which is; it is a total mystery.
