Irish heroine of Batman shooting spree drowns

Although this is pure speculation on my part, I have a gut feeling the husband is the one behind this.
I feel the "friend" may have been her friend, but was really more HIS friend....if you know what I mean.

The "friend" had to be mentioned because, keep in mind, there was a little (5 y/o?) boy present who has some awareness of this trip/vacation.
The husband is a successful Dr., with probably much to lose financially in a messy divorce.
It is a well known statistic that when married women suddenly die by way of suspicious circumstances such as this, the husband is suspect.

Again, pure speculation, but this is what I am leaning toward with what little we know at this time.

Sympathy to all her family and friends, this is a very sad case.

Its kinda funny to me that people call a conspirecy with so little proof of one.. There nothing here at all to say anything strange happened really.. And TPTB connection, is coming from no where.. Its a prime example of a few people wanting something to buy into, well when you want it bad enough someone is going to sell it to you.

So far i cant even find proof this person real and cant seem to find many sources to prove this story even real.. I can find it randomly in a few euro news sources.. Kinda odd there not an Ohio paper with a story on it, eh? Maybe the real conspirecy is who fooled you, and why.

She is listed in the obituaries on Legacy.com. If you don't think this is a real nurse connected to the University of Colorado Hospital, I guess you could call them and ask if she is still working there.

BTW, she is listed on Legacy as Gallagher----not Pinson.

This thread was in the Breaking News thread and that was the title of the story I used. It was from an Irish news site.

I concur.. the whole conspiracy bit has absolutely no grounds what so ever. Seriously.. kill her for talking to witnesses? Hello! kill the witnesses! The logic of the conspiracy theorist here makes no sense what-so-ever.

And besides, if she's a nurse who works with nurses who are like every other nurse I've ever known (my wife is an ER nurse) if she knew anything incredible ..... every nurse in the department would have known about it before the end of her shift.

But it does seem odd for an athletic woman to drown in a body of water that has no currents in calm weather in the middle of the day (she drowned at noon)
*I take that back, she drowned during the night and was reported drowned at noon. She was found underneath the dock (as if swimming underwater, then surfaced into the dock instead of open air, I assume.. if that's the case, the accident would make sense)

According to that chart the water temperature was in the mid to upper 70's which would have been quite pleasant. Perhaps she had an underlying medical issue. Or perhaps her husband indeed offed her. Who knows.. but I'm prettttty sure the Govs had nothing to do with it.

If you read the American news (that didn't copy from the AP from Ireland) it says nothing about her being Irish. but the OP used an Irish news source, as her nationality would be a topic of discussion in Ireland?

That has nothing to do with it.

It was the link that I used in the OP. It was the only source I had at the time. It was in the Breaking News forum, and that is the title I had to use, that's the way it is set up. This thread was moved here from there.

Plus I'm Irish and it caught my eye. lol

Why did the President and Michelle send their condolences to the family in Ireland and nothing to the people of Colorado? This fine woman/mother would be missed greatly by her friends she worked with. Why the coverup?

Isn't death by drowning pretty rare, esp for a woman?

I'm still processing all the information and there's definitely something askew.

I still don't understand this husband/partner's reaction.

Just to add: We haven't heard from family nor friends....especially the "friend" that she was supposedly boating/swimming with, late at night in the lake, when hubbie was supposedly sleeping with 5yr old child.
Hey, doesn't he have some sort of concern about his wife's late-night wherabouts? I would.

This story is not good and it musn't get obliterated from our sight.

There is nothing normal about these circumstances.

In my mind, the James Holmes movie theatre massacre was a cia set up, but they sure did a sloppy job of it.
Too many psycho-medical players involved in this.

Big hint: the assembly of witnesses after the event. How did the people know where to assemble?
Were they not rounded up there to be interviewed about what they "knew/witnessed"?

This assembly of people was just too organized for my liking, seeing that the rest of the aftermath of this event fell way short of being under control in any normal police procedure.

I didn't buy it then and I still don't. Too much Hollywood theatrics and down-your-throat emotional tear-jerker stuff!

There's also no security footage anywhere. Even the case in Florida where the man was eating the other man under the bridge, a camera still caught part of the event. You would expect a theater to have tons of cameras recording every moment from every angle, yet there's absolutely nothing so far.

Were all the cameras turned off/broken or something?

Well, you'd have to say this wouldn't you? This story isn't worthy of ATS so you have to find some conspiracy angle to it. No offense OP but I'm tired of all these posts that have no Above Top Secret quality. Most posts here today are so far below Top Secret that this site is a shell of the site it used to be.

Now, if the Op would have not just posted a sad news story but accompanied the news with links and information to a real possible credible conspiracy about her being murdered, then I'd say good post. Sadly that's not gonna happen.

Honestly, though, if her husband reported that she wasn't a good swimmer then what was she doing swimming at night?

Like some of the other posters I am starting to lean toward the husband. She was found even before the search teams could begin. How do you find someone under the dock that fast? Unless you know where to look...
