If God hates abortion why did he create the physical possibility of miscarriages?

Same thing. Souls choosing to recycle through a life quicker than normal.

Now fetus souls can choose to be aborted or miscarried?

Do they posses their mothers in order to make this happen?

Seriously? That's as ignorant a comment as the God crying up in heaven over dead babies people. Believe it or not you chose the life you incarnated into as does everyone. The soul doesn't have to "possess" the mother, it just chooses to incarnate into the mother who this will happen to. We all choose our circumstances before we incarnate no possession necessary.

I have been wrestling with the idea of reincarnation for some time.
In my mind it would clear up alot of suffering that goes on.
Do you know of any scriptures that speak for or against reincarnation?
So far i have found nothing against it but i'm not convinced either way yet.

And what are your assumptions founded on? The assumptions of another perhaps?

Well no, sperm needs an egg for fertilization and a zygote to develop. I'm sure you already know that though.

Sperm is alive though. Like all cells.

You're ignorant. You're assuming things you have no proof or basis off of and calling it true.

Are miscarriages deliberate and calculated?

I bet all the miscarriages, stillborn and fetuses up there are quite the contrast to all the clouds. I'm sure the sperm would fit right in.

The difference? Dead babies are dead babies. Clearly God doesn't care about babies dying if he made it physically possible in the form of a miscarriage.

But the commandment in the Decalogue says " thou shalt not murder" not " there shall be no unintended deaths amongst you"..

It's a monumental difference.

Nearly 20 years of study within esoteric secret societies, cross-religious studies, deep meditation, discussions with people who have had near death experiences, a Masters in psychology with a focus on perception psychology, amongst other legitimate ways of gathering information. You are assuming that I am assuming rather than making an intelligent decision based on many years of study. And you? Where do you find the basis for your beliefs?

Nice comeback by the way...

And Les Misanthrope:

And what are your assumptions founded on? The assumptions of another perhaps?

See above. My assumptions are based on nearly two decades of study into spirituality and consciousness along with numerous personal experiences. How about yours?

Youtube videos do not convince me. All of those people are usually writing books or trying to gain fame of their reincarnation stories. People connect dots where there are none.

Where do you find the basis for your beliefs?

Definitely not anecdotal youtube videos

So are cancer cells. Sperm cannot reproduce without an egg.

So God only cares about dead babies if they don't die of natural causes? Awesome.

That's a straw man and a red herring. We're talking about the morality of a mother choosing to end life deliberately. Miscarriages are not intentional killing of life and furthermore death, disease, sickness and malfunctions of the human body are a secondary consequence of the fall of man from Genesis 3.

Hmmm, so God should be accused of negligent homicide every time a baby miscarries according to you. Your God must hate us humans. Is his name Satan?

An "anecdotal Youtube video" that appeared on ABC News, Prime Time Live in 2004 (youtube was invented in 2005 so it's unfair and inaccurate to dismiss it based on it's appearance on Youtube). Did you actually watch the video? They've got an interview with the dead guy's sister and military buddies that confirm the story who have nothing to gain from that families publication of a book.

A book, by the way, which was not published until 2009:

Hardcover: 256 pages Publisher: Grand Central Publishing; First Edition edition (June 5, 2009)

www.amazon.com... -refURL=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.reversespins.com%2Fproofofreincarnation.html

That's thinking way ahead of time, making up a story to get on TV in 2004 to make boatloads of money on a book not to be published until 5 years later. Again, your dismissal is unfounded and automatic. If that were really their motivation, the book and interview would have come out at the same time, not 5 years apart, marketing doesn't work that way.

Actually, the video I posted was on the news, here is the 2004 ABC Primetime story to sell that 2009 book (paperback version published in 2010)

No need to guess. Acouple verses deal with giving children over to Molech's fire (human sacrifice).

21 You shall not give any of your children to offer them to Molech, and so profane the name of your God: I am the Lord. [...] 24 "Do not make yourselves unclean by any of these things, for by all these the nations I am driving out before you have become unclean, 25 and the land became unclean, so that I punished its iniquity, and the land vomited out its inhabitants.

Is an abortion anything less than a sacrifice to the "god of convenience" or more accurately: "I'm the God I worship, as in I only choose things that are convenient for me." Not many people like this perspective.
