That whole vicodin thing makes no sense, aside from the milligram amount being strange how in the world did this "source" know the shooter took the pill(s) 2.5 hours before the show??

IF the FBI is involved, this might now be, and I would be shocked if it wasn't, a federal investigation.

unlike regular investigations, Federal investigations are very tightly shut and not often revealed to the public unless they are forced too like in the DC sniper case.

What the hell does that have to do with releasing his mugshot? Even in Federal investigations when they have the suspect they release the photo. I'm serious. I can't figure why the Sheriff...and by the way the SHERIFF said HE was the one that would not release the photo. He didn't say the FBI or anybody. He said, (and I'm not adding emphasis here), *I* won't be releasing his photograph.

the simple truth is that is for killing. plain and simple.

That's silly. A gun is just a tool. Like any tool, good or evil is based on the intent and actions of the users.
I don't fear fire, I use it to cook food every day, but I have a fire extinguisher just in case.

Sure a gun can and is designed to kill, but sometimes killing or the potential to kill is necessary. If a rapist or murderer is trying to harm someone, then it is perfectly acceptable and moral for the victim to use said tool in self defense, even if it means killing the attacker.

This idea that guns are just tools is so rediculous. Guns are NOT JUST TOOLS. They're specifically designed to kill people. They have specific ammo that's designed in case you need to shoot threw trees or buildings into people, or if you can shoot direct. Then there's hunting rifles for hunting, but many humans have been hunted with them just as easy. There not a hammer. They're designed tokill plain and simple.

It's a catch 22 though because you can't take them off the street. Frist it would be impossible. Second if you did people could more easily be oppressed if the authorities wanted that.

But like take Canada. We got hunting rifles. Lots of those around. But not a lot of hand guns. No one is packing heat on the street which is nice to know. You go out and no one is gonna pull a gun on you. But if the g0v ever wanted to oppress people well it wouldn't be hard as we're not gun slingers. But at least you can go watch a movie or go to a mall or whereever with some peace of mind.

But guns are designed to kill they're not just a tool. They kill people. Not just the person behind it either. Thats a crock of sheatt! You get some kid who finds a gun and they kill themselves or there friend. They weren't a bad person with any bad intent but the gun is designed to kill and even handled wrong, it will kill.

Has anyone questioned as to how a chronically unemployed Med school dropout gets his hands on thousands of dollars worth of weapons, ammunition, bomb making equipment and full body armour and tear gas, and all in a post 9/11 America where you can't watch porn without the govt knowing?

Like I know some people are smart but this is a little too obvious. Parents are complying so they probably had no idea their son had a mini armory operating in his apartment.
