This is where Corbin says the guy was 5'8 or 9 then when asked specifically about the guys build and if it was the same guy that took the call that came in the door at around 1:35, he said he couldn't hear, the line got fuzzy and Corbin's voice alters.

That's so infuriating! I sometimes wonder why journalists don't seem to ask the most important questions that would clear things up right away. This one tries to and Corbin convieniently doesn't hear her. When he asks her to repeat the question it seems almost as if he's stalling for time and there could be someone with him who coaches him to just repeat what he said before.

It's so simple, 'did the guy who took the phone call have dyed red hair?', 'did the guy look like James Holmes?' Corbin said he was 20 feet away so he should be able to answer!

This guy was on CNN tonight--they did some hr long special..and he was asked if the guy who was in the front seat and left through the exit door had red hair, he [this Corbin dude] said that "yes, I think he did',,, but c'mon, he's just now noticing that orange-red hair.. no mention of it in any of the other interviews, and I've seen this same guy being interviewed several times now by several different journalists...

As'well I wonder why there has been no mention of any device's at the Mall cause on the police scanner radio they mention that the second device has been found which seems to me like there was atleast two device's foubd i dont have a clue as to what but why have they kept all of that hush hush?

There is a gag order in effect [by the judge in the case]. So really all we are going to hear is speculation and witness accounts from people who were there that night [and others]. But soon, those will have to stop as well. Matter of fact, I don't know that we are seeing/hearing anything new since the gag order, and maybe all we are hearing now was recorded before the gag order went into affect??

That order wasn't in place at the begining thats why there is loads of information out there from that plus there is loads of leaks cause we wasn't suppose to know about the notebook with drawings and such

Whats the bet Prosecution WON'T call up any eye witnesses whose stories won't fit the Prosecutor's case! If any witnesses suggest a 2nd or 3rd suspect won't have their story heard in court.....and if they talk to the Media those witnesses will not be believed.

I would'nt be too surprised the odd witness won't walk out of the hospital and maybe the odd few won't live long enough to see the court case. I hope I'm wrong!

Why would the prosecution call a witness that contradicted their side of the story? That's not their job. That's the job of the defense. But the defense is just gonna go with the, well he was insane, theory. So they probably won't call those witnesses either.

Something else that doesn't add about this thing, allegedly more than 160lbs of ammo was collected at a FedEx by Holmes, and all the tactical gear, which reportedly is estimated at $15,000, that is a lot of ammunition and armour for a cinema crowd under the influence of tear gas, and the fact there were allegedly 4 guns, the guy has 2 hands. There is a gap of 5-6 mins from after shooting to apprehension according to reports on timings, his car was right outside the exit, he could have escaped easily onto the main road within 2 minutes. Where was James Holmes during this gap.

The ammo and armour would suggest something more like a group bank raid or jewellery store raid, and his character more likely to be the sort used as an unwitting 'fence', collecting huge packages of ammo, maybe unaware of the contents.

The suspect wasn't known for having any knowledge of using guns and was denied joining a club to learn.

CBS News senior correspondent John Miller reported that the shooter had a hit ratio twice of what a police officer might have engaging with armed assailants in a street setting. That suggests that the suspect -- who is believed to have planned his assault with precision -- must have practiced shooting prior to the attack.

Unless there were more then one persons having orange-red hair? The person that were collecting the movie tickets should be the one who know if a person with orange-red hair had enter theater 9. Every time I had went to the movie the person that were collecting the tickets, always collect the tickets at the theater entrance where the movie is being shown.

Although the police seem to have been there immediately, the ambulances were for whatever reason not available. Some sources say they were told to first go to a 'staging area' near the theatre. So it appears many of the wounded had to be carried away by cop cars and others in privately owned cars.

I'm guessing it could be the gas mask as officers requested gas masks to be brought to them but it's unconfirmed as of now.

By the sound of it, victim Jarell was hit by a high velocity rifle bullet. Immediately thereafter the female victim is peppered with bird shot. So these two different kinds of weapons are being fired almost simultaneously. Meaning two shooters.
