I have heard 6'3 so far. From other posters reports, tear gas isn't easy to get in the US, also it causes extreme symptoms that people would be talking about for a while.

Is the story of his dad and the fraud case a confirmed hoax now?

Considering the source, Sorcha Faal, and lack of any other indepependent reports, I would say that this is a confirmed hoax.

They have a surveillance tape of Holmes allegedly picking up a hundred and sixty pounds of ammunition at a FedEx counter in Colorado.

If Homes was apprehended with a gas mask on, then there is no way the gas mask found in the road 200ft away belonged to the suspect. Two gas masks--two suspects.

Nah they'll just change the story to say he wasn't wearing the gas mask when they arrested him. But this brings up a question. If his gas mask was the "wrong" kind of gas mask, can anyone look at the picture of the gas mask at the edge of the building and tell if that also was the "wrong" kind of gas mask? In other words, could someone say the second gas mask was simply a SWAT mask that some SWAT person had dropped? Or is it also the "wrong" kind?

QUESTION: HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT INITIAL REPORTS SAY THAT JAMES HOLMES BOUGHT A TICKET, ENTERED THE THEATER WITH THE REST OF THE MOVIEGOERS & THEN LEFT OUT OF THE THEATER THROUGH A SIDE RIGHT EXIT DOOR. FROM THERE IT WAS INITIALLY STATED THAT HE PROPPED THE DOOR OPEN, CAME BACK IN & BEGAN TO SHOOT PEOPLE. BUUUUTTTTT...NONE OF THE WITNESSES HAVE REPORTED A MAN LEAVING OUT OF THE THEATER DURING THE MOVIE. THE WITNESSES SAID THAT A MAN CAME THROUGH THE EXIT, BEGAN SHOOTING & CALMLY LEFT OUT OF THE EXIT AFTERWARDS. NOTHING IS ADDING UP ABOUT THIS STORY.

Also, the Olympic stadium looks exactly like the circle illusion at the end of Lil Wayne's 'My Homie Still' video. & everyone that participated wore all white like the dummies in the video. Even the model of the stadium b4 it was built used little white dummies like the video. This is the same video with the Colorado shooting similarities

They're doing a show on CNN right now and discussing James Holmes. By the time I post this it will more than likely be over, but I have different ideas now about this entire thing. Either this was planned by someone other than JH, .. or the PTB are using the tragedy to their advantage.. or both.

Phrases like "all American boy" and "next door" are being thrown around.. directly after an investigator says that "we could have done 100 background checks on this guy and never found a reason for him not to buy this tactical gear...all legally."

It sounded to me.. just by the way the sequence was filmed, that we are being warned that anyone can buy tactical gear, guns, ammo, etc., and that none of us are safe from something like this happening since it's clear that the boy next door is the person who pulled it off. Of course most of us know that nothing is guaranteed, but they are fear mongering and generally, this has a purpose.

One of his teachers said that the pictures he is seeing online "the one with the black hair", "doesn't look anything like the James I taught in school." I'm curious about this.

Oh--I almost forgot, and this was what prompted me to get out of bed to post this. The young woman who lived below him, the one that almost opened the door to ask him to turn the music down, said "I was going to open the door a bit and tell them to turn the music down, but for some reason I just didn't feel comfortable".. or something to that effect... I remember her very clearly saying "them", not him.

Where did you see it reported as 'the wrong gas mask'. Reports I've seen were that Holmes was near his car, officers noticed a piece of his gear looked irregular and then they questioned and arrested him. The sources say police would not comment on what piece of equipment looked 'wrong'.

The gasmask seems to get more important if it was the equipment they noticed.

There was one particular piece of equipment that he had on him that was out of place. And I am so proud of my officers that they spotted that right away and challenged him.

I'm guessing it could be the gasmask as officers requested gasmasks to be brought to them but it's unconfirmed as of now.
