That's a nice find, I mentioned earlier in this thread that that photo of him with the red hair and headphones was clearly photoshopped, and I wonder why would the media pass this clearly photoshopped picture as the real James Holmes?

For Pete's sake it was TMZ, a friggin celebrity gossip rag. And it's apparent he photoshopped it - if it is him, which it appears to be. It's not a brain-blower to figure that out.

Maybe some people don't want to talk to the news as they are too traumatized. Also, some are still in the hospital. At least 10, I think were critical, and almost 30 of them were admitted to different area hospitals. The rest might be media shy and traumatized. This was a very traumatic event. Every one handles trauma differently. Some may be so traumatized, their life is irrevocably altered, I'm sure their last thought is speaking to the media. Give them time to heal. I'm sure in the coming months, or a year, you might hear from them then, if ever.

oh please, i never suggested the injured by interviewed ... there were nearly 300 ppl present ... Century Aurora Theatre 9 seating capacity is nearly 300 persons and the show was "sold-out" remember?

so, where are statements from the other 200 ppl who are not hospitalized or injured for that matter.
internet chatter, topix conversations, twitters, facebook, myspace, pick a source, there are plenty to choose from and i cannot fathom ppl NOT TALKING about such a horrendous traumatic experience.
That is how most ppl deal with it ... by talking.

We may be talking, but we weren't there. So what do you suggest we do? Make stuff up? Some people deal by talking to a source, usually therapy, group or individual. I usually go to individual. I know how I deal with mine. I'm a survivor of trauma. I have very severe PTSD. I am extremely jumpy with loud noises. You might find some people on a few boards, but I doubt highly you're going to find a ton of people. Good luck in your search.

At this point the only way to "prove" he had anything to do with it would be to test his person and clothes for gun powder. We haven't been told if that has happened, but I assume (with caution) that they either did, and didn't find anything, or they didn't, which is unfathomable.

As far as I know his court appearance tomorrow is an advisement hearing where court tells him what they suspect him of doing and prosecutors have up to 72 hours to file charges.

I also posted similar. If I recall I posted that they were charging him with 10 counts murder in the first, and 61 counts attempted murder in the first, as of last I knew. (As far as I know a capital offence in Colorado now that they reinstated the death penalty. Last used in 1977)

Why wouldn't they charge him with 12 counts of murder? Is it because two of the victims died in the hospital and not the theater?

I am not sure if the cameras were smashed, or if they were off, or if they were on. A key witness to this investigation is the person in the video room, working the camera and audio equipment for the theater. I am not sure how big of window he/she may have had to view the theater. Plus we are getting different reports of smoke bombs or pepper spray that may have been used during this attack, so it remains to be seen if this person would have been able to see important events that transpired in the theater.

He has the best public defender in Aurora right now. Charges will be filed officially 9:30 mountain time tomorrow morning in court. 9News Denver will be allowed in the courtroom, but that is it. He will most likely be charged with 10 counts first degree murder, and 61 counts attempted murder in the first. This could get him the death penalty as Colorado is once again a death penalty state. Last time it was used was 1977 according to one article. Hope this helps. As for the votes, I haven't seen anything, but maybe someone in here has. Anyone?

That's what I don't understand about these shooters. If you're gonna snap, and sacrifice the rest of your life, then why not go hit Westboro? Or Wall Street? Or someplace that might get a few of the guilty people instead of mostly innocent ones? I mean, there are plenty of people out there in the world that we wouldn't mourn over, and the main reason they are still alive is that its illegal to kill them. So, if someone decides to go on a rampage, and they plan it for months, why do they target the innocent?

By the way, on the PGR stuff. I rode with PGR a couple of times last week here in Florida. I'm sure they'll be there in force.

As far as I know the theater has only confirmed having footage of Holmes buying his ticket at the box office, although it is not released. I don't think they've confirmed whether or not there was actually any surveillance in the auditorium itself.

That's possible, but if that's the case why not second degree for those 2? Maybe they're doing what a lot of prosecutors do, over reach, then offer a lesser charge for the jury if the jury seems to balk, though I doubt this jury would do much balking.

I'm glad somebody is out there to stop these idiots from ruining the memorial. These families have been through enough right now. They really, really don't need Westboro. I wish my last computer didn't crash and take all my links. Because I had a couple on Westboro that really made you . Some really sick stuff about that family. Seriously twisted. I'm talking "Daddy don't come in my room no more" twisted. But somehow they all stick together, some how the father/grandfather forces almost all of them to become lawyers, then they sue towns that refuse to let them protest, or they wait for a family member to attack them, and sue them, for unGodly sums. It's where they get half their money to go across the country to terrorize another family with. Shameful really. Just to point out yet again, with that gas mask from the photo, and the ringing ears from the movie and gunshots, this shooter was completely unaware of 270 degrees of his surroundings. It is a shame that nobody took advantage of that either with a gun, or with a tackle, knife, chair, or something. I'm not blaming any of the victims, witnesses, or bystanders. I'm sure everyone was completely in shock, but for future reference to everybody reading this. When the gun jams, RUSH HIS ASS! Or, once he walks on by and missed you, grab him from behind! Once you do, everyone else will jump on board.
