(ATTN Oklahoma ATSers!) 3 UFO's 2 military escorts right now over SW MIssouri

I am about 10-15 miles south of tulsa, in sapulpa. OK. I just saw this thread on the ATS facebook page while I was coming out to smoke. I started looking and listening and I indeed did hear something. It sounded like a helicopter that was quite a ways out (somewhat faint) but almost like it was hovering at the same time. It seemed to continue moving south-southeast until i couldnt hear it anymore. Now, Im hearing the Exact same thing except to the direct west. This one is lasting longer,and sounds like a big helicopter. Anyone else in this area confirm?


eta: when I came out & heard the first one, I saw what looked like a star moving,from southeast to northwest...it continued at a rapid speed for about 2 feet of eyes view (if u look straight up and hold ur hands out two feet apart) then disappeared. mother in law saw it also

Ok, what exactly in Missouri would interest the star gods to come there?

I believe you I had a similiar experience a couple of years back, only I saw these boxes through a telescope but the were not lit up as you describe I saw two black container ship style craft coming back down to ground/earth.
I saw them fly across the face of the moon (hence the telescope) and I literally jumped out of my skin.

I am so glad someone else has seen these cubes/boxes great post keep it up! (it is why I came to ats in the first place).

p.s. What made me think is that these things are not even aerodynamic as in not even close, so whatever Tech is being deployed it's way far ahead of what we know of. IMHO.

Boxes must have some kind of advantage for the aliens and/or people. I think it's ideal for orderly distributing individuals and materials. You can also have four bridges.

Anyways, it does remind me of the Borg. Resistance is futile. I hope these cubes are not indeed alien...

Then again, why is there an escort needed? I wonder about that also in other cases. Anybody any ideas?

That is pretty much the conclusion I came to, the shape works for container ships why not flying craft also
if you have no need to be aerodynamic because of the propulsion system being used then you have more space to ship things around with this shape. other than that I am at a loss.

testing some new experimental heavy lifting , anti gravity containers ?

That would be kind of interesting , not necessarily alien in origin but the tech maybe from aliens , or maybe just homegrown , we are a creative species

A sketch drawing of what you saw, a location on a google map of whereabouts (roughly) you were and the direction you were viewing would be helpful

Does anyone know if a shuttle was being moved at the time of this sighting? Mated with the 747 it would look boxy, and they also have T-38's flying ahead and chase as well - sometimes they ride shotgun as an escort - not suggesting that is what you saw, but we should discount possible explanations before suggesting the more unusual.

While I agree, most video jobs of UFO's are effectively useless. One thing that isn't is multiple eye witnesses in multiple jurisdictions.

There have only been a few cases that get this and they are always the most intriguing.

If the OP does have a camera, not matter the quality, it will be interesting to see if other have footage too of the same event.

True boncho. People say pics or it didn't happen when actually confirming or similar reports from a variety of other sources say otherwise. They go a long way toward backing up many extraordinary claims when pictures are not available.

If we were cameras instead of people I think every UFO sighting would have accompanying pictures. You did read where he had to zoom in with binoculars to see what the jets were scrambling around. I suppose they may have had a camera attached to the end of them and he could have gotten a good shot but lacking that...any regular camera would show a couple of pinpoints in the sky. Is that the confirmation you need?

This is actually a pretty exciting case, because it was posted instantly. Now, if we had 5 or 10 more people on other forums, it would even get better. If it made it to the news it would get better.

I'm usually one of the first people to dismiss weak, shaky youtube videos, simply for the fact that they come with absolutely no background story or confirmation to when or whether it even happened.

In this case, if more pops up, great. If not, too bad but at least a good effort was made to present it to everyone.

I am just going to throw this out there, probably totally unrelated. I live in Rhode Island and I never see anything. At about 10-10:15 PM last night my son came racing down stairs telling me that I had to go out side that my wife needed me. Thinking that something happened out at the pool I rush to see what was going on. When I get outside my wife is telling me that there was a "fireball" that came down into the woods behind our house. The same story was repeated by my daughter, son, and mother-in-law. I suspect that it was debris from someone with a bon-fire in the area, so to make sure that there was no danger to the wooded area catching fire I went to comb through to woods looking for the potential fire.

After looking through the woods for about 40 minutes i came to a break in the trees, I looked up because it was a clear night and the star were out and I always hope to see something (but never do). I saw only what I can describe as a really bright white light moving in a steady South easterly direction, there was no sound associated with this. I do live near a small air field and I see and hear different sorts of aircraft all the time, with Rhode Island being small no one is really that far from the airport either, so commercial aircraft are very common. Only difference is there was no sound whatsoever. As I stood there watching this thing move across the sky, I did here a jet coming in on its final descent. As soon as the airliner came in the view the "white light" went out. It didn't zoom away, it just went out. Also a point to mention, there were no navigational beacons, no what I would call traditional lights, no blinking lights at all, it was just a really bright white light. The commercial airliner that came in had beacons and what I would call forward looking head lights.

When I made my way back to the house, my children and my mother-in-law were discussing the same thing I had just saw, and they asked me if I had seen it. I affirmed that I did in fact see it and had no idea what it was. They recounted the same exact thing that I had seen. I had no answers, the trees were not going to burn down around me, and I had no clue what that thing was. So I just went back inside.

i spent 6 years in the US Navy, four of which I was stationed on the USS Bataan (plank owner). This was not any sort of aircraft I have seen or heard. Before it is stated, I do not have a video recorder nor do I have a cell phone that will take pics/video. Like I said I never see anything so why should I run around like a camera man for the news. Plus I was looking for a potential fire, no need for cameras maybe a water hose.

Could this be another sighting of the same thing ?

UFO Sighting in Columbia, Missouri on June 21st 2012 – star like object got my attention while sitting on my back deck. I have 20/15 vision and was raised around military aircraft my entire life – know the difference. No aircraft lights – heading east – accelerated out of view – deffinitely strange.

that’s about it – wife was with me – possible military craft – but strange – no sonic boom – I’m capable of estimating speed – not sure due to “star” like observation – I think it was subsonic until it accelerated out of view (acceleration speed 2000 mph+ best guess)

UFO Sighting in Bristol, Indiana on June 22nd 2012 – Lights in the sky heading north
I saw 2 non-pulsing lights heading straight north at 11:56 PM 06212012. They did not make a sound and the lights did not flash like a plane. We assumed they were satellites but I didn’t think satellites moved north. Then I heard and saw a plane with red blinking lights coming from the east to the intercept area of 2 lights. When it got close to the position I saw a non pulsing light heading back south without sound. Satellites do not change direction. This was moving faster than any satellite I have ever seen.
