Left and Right.

Far Left and Far Right.

Socialists and Capitalists.

Equality and Freedom.

Can't we all understand, for the sake of all political arguments what the sides really are. Equality and Freedom.

Left/Socialists = Equality for all at the expense of Freedom for all.
Right/Capitalists = Freedom for all at the expense of Equality for all.

The further you go down either side (far) the more for Equality/Freedom you are at the expense of the opposite concept Freedom/Equality.

Both freedom and equality are GOOD things, both are needed in civilized society, and neither side is more right or wrong then the other, just different values placed on these two concepts and how much of one you are willing to sacrifice to build up the other. Therefore balnce is the key to both concepts, and the "fight" about who is right and who is wrong was created by design to cause division among brothers within Nations.

Do you value both Equality and Freedom? If the answer is yes, then you are capible of having a decent conversation about right and left concepts, if you only value one, then you are never going to understand the other side of the argument, and your contributions to the discussion will not be as effective.

Also, it's sort of a non-story but i was watching MSNBC in the morning yesterday.

They said the Supreme Court was moving up their ruling to Monday June 11, 2012

because Kathleen Sebelius was trying to pull a fast one and push through some

ObamaCare grants - BEFORE - the Supreme Court has a chance to kill it.

It's funded with MY money, not just "other people's" It is compensation for goods and services rendered... otherwise known as "capitalism".

"Entitlement" these days generally denote a feeling of deserving something for nothing - no services rendered. That is "other than" capitalism...

It's funded with my money as well...although I wish it wasn't. But I don't have a say in if my money is used to fund it...because it is funded with PUBLIC money...because it is a socialist program.

No, recieving an endorsement does not mean you joined the organization.

Like the founder said in the article I linked previously...they didn't really have "members"...that was the whole idea behind the concept.

But it says BOTH. Its says he sought endorsment AND that he joined.
In fact it says three things: 1: He signed the contract 2: he sought endorsement 3: He joined the party.

If I knew that something was true and damaging to Obama...I wouldn't really be up for keeping it visible.

But when such garbage like the OP is recycled from 2008...I'm more than happy to keep the discussion going to see how far Obama haters will go to attempt to twist and distort the truth.
