Make a thread that would provide a forum for anyone who wanted to be "el presidente", Numero Uno, PM, President.

Not just a post or a few witty comments (that rules me out) but someone with actual solutions to the worlds ills.

The members could question the "nominees" about their issues.

Once we get a consensus on the people, ATS could have another poll linking the thread with the candidates answers to issues.

Then we could "vote".

Perhaps this would enforce the idea, the concept that voting does matter. Maybe nationwide, but certainly locally.
