how is referencing a group based on race racist?

She had no reason to bring up this race based group other than to promote a race based/group agenda- like I said putty in the hands of the elite

The Black Panthers were not a racist group, they worked side by side with white people, and white revolutionary groups such as the White Panthers.

It is you who is projecting your racism.

The New Black Panthers though is a different organization completely, and she was not talking about them.

yeah lets change history all of a sudden the group was founded on racism and not protecting black people from racist cops imported to oakland from the south. you obviously don't have a clue as to what you are talking about. she had every reason to mention them in the context that she did. I already broke it down for someone else it's back on page 2 or 3 go read it and quit being a troll

and one last time for the people who feel themselves too busy to read the initial pages. there is NO comparison that can be made between a white power organization such as the kkk and the original black panthers. the kkk indiscriminately killed non whites. the black panthers killed racist southern cops who were denying people of basic human rights. they only had problems with people not following the initial ideology of the group once Huey Newton was arrested and they got more new members than they could effectively keep in line. that has nothing to do with the core principals the group was founded on

Yes, it was founded on racism by racists, regardless of what reasons they gave for starting it- I am sure these cops targeted whites and latinos (and did not target all blacks), yet this group was started PURELY by blacks for blacks- it treated all blacks as one group and ignored, for example, white victims- racist group you see

Yeah I figured that was what it was lol. There is nothing wrong with groups of people creating their own organization. A perfect example is the White Panthers who worked with the Black Panthers, the part you read but didn't understand.

Focusing on race is not racism, unless it is denying a race of a right everyone else has. Why would a white person want to join an organization that focuses on issues created by white people? The BP did not deny anything to whites, they worked side by side with whites, the White Panthers among others. If you read what you claimed to have read you would know the White Panthers used that name because it was suggested by the Black Panthers.

No it doesn't. Racism is when you deny someone because of their race. The BP was set up to help black people from the racism of whites, and to better their communities. It's whites who caused the segregation not blacks. It's whites who said to blacks, you're not one of us you are lower class and can not mix with us. So what do you expect them to do?

How can you make that claim, where is your evidence? Again your bias is showing because you have no solid ground to make that claim on. They were demonized as racist by the press but it's pretty obvious why.
