The distinction between fair use and infringement may be unclear and not easily defined. There is no specific number of words, lines, or notes that may safely be taken without permission. Acknowledging the source of the copyrighted material does not substitute for obtaining permission.

If you watch my videos I do let me tell you a story about how I started my channel and you will see that I do not just copy.

Earth changes are increasing and I am very passionate about them if you watch all my videos they are all not copied articles sometimes I gotta do whats got to be done to get the news out.

I put my heart and soul into this and everyone that messages me I don't even hold a grudge against you for having a go at me. I spend hours working on what I do

Researching for the next video but I do try and do a video every single day if I can and its not 2:30am and I have to get up for work and finish at 1 start filming for earth change news update edit the video update the website reply to messages.

I do cite everything usually I will do that in future I have had a very tired week as I sort out the music for my work which is copied and the animations too which you will be happy to hear.

The website is from articles yes but I do cite them so thats all good.

Then there is keeping up to date with everyone on the fourm making the videos doing the podcasts.

When someone like you attacked me the way that you did it really upsets me there are peopl like that in this world but I don't judge you you gotta do what you think is right.

If you're putting "yourself" out there you should be ready to deal with reactions. I sure as hell do. My "attack" on you is nothing compared to what I'm subjected to for just posting my opinion or some information.

Again, you don't know anything about what kind of person I am any more than I know what kind of person you are...and I even know what you look like. But I'll let you in on something...I've been plagiarized and I didn't like it.

You could have had some respect for the news he has given to the forum, this site, and others by sending him a nice message on what YOU think he should do. You have now derailed this thread and shown your arrogance with the OP.

Some of us appreciate the news, know that its not word for word and really could care less about all the back and forth that does not talk about the actual subject. Discussion should have been had.... Not bickering. Do that in a message and it will show you have respect for not only the op but the rest of us!

One person drowned as a result of the ten-foot waves that struck Santa Cruz. The tsunami was also noticed in Santa Barbara and the greater Los Angeles area..."

An interesting thing with the The 1964 Alaskan tsunami when it hit crescent City CA. A gut went to watch the action as the wave came in...like many fools. He was driving a Volkswagen beetle and he was saved because they float! I think we need one of those as we live near the danger zone in crescent City.
