I have had many prayers answered and I have seen the power of prayer work in other people's lives. God lives, He hears us and He loves us. I talk to Him all the time. He calls me beloved.

What would happen if all these people were given proof that no golden heaven awaits them in the sky? That nothing magical happens after death, Jesus never spit in blind peoples eyes curing them, he never came back from the dead, he never walked on water, Eve never talked to a snake, Abraham never agreed to sacrifice his own son to God, etc etc.

Religion is sick. It must be destroyed.

In a word 100% Yes ....I wont elaborate on the answered prayer other than to say He did it in a 3 fold way ..and it has happened over a period of 2 weeks ...He has also answered many other prayer request, right on this site ...He most defiantly works in mysterious ways, not always giving us what we think we want but giving us much better than we were capable of understanding at the time of the request ...peace

Why do we attribute this answering of prayers to some god? Why is it out of our power to do these things. I don't think we give ourselves enough credit, and we are fast to blame anything good or bad on god rather than ourselves. Why because nobody wants responsiblity anymore. We are moving away from that train of thought, into a more primitive herd type of mentality.

I think some of the most interesting explanations on how prayer works are the ones that go as follows:

Sometime's he answers in yes, sometimes it's maybe, sometime's its no, sometime's its wait. Or sometimes its answered in a way that's completely different than what you expected.

In this case, I'm not trying to mock anyone, but you can pray to ME and the same outcomes can apply. Whatever happens you'd be able to rationalize it with one of the above statements. And if you question me I can just say I used my powers to do it. Then you ask for proof of my powers right then and there, I wouldn't have to show you (because when was the last time God showed you something outright supernatural when you asked for proof?)

I, for one, will only accept proof of a higher power if I see or hear or something that's COMPLETELY impossible for us humans to do.

I.E. Someone growing back a body part overnight.

To summarize, what I'm trying to say...No, prayer DOES NOT work. Learn to love yourself, others, and understand your abilities. There's a lot we still don't understand about ourselves and even the very nature of the earth we stand on. The moment we try to roadblock ourselves by attributing everything to a supreme because is the moment we regress.

I dont think more harm is done in God's name, my definition of God being, Goodness, even the Good Family or , like this.

In lessons or tests we come to the middle grounds, half and half realms, but the denser frequencies are separation,, ie. if you wanted to hang out in a rock all day, you would feel alone. But we are not alone. We are like soul orbs, fractals, interconneted akin to fibre optics, even the stars are joined together. And the higher frequency clouds for example mix and mingle, though you would still be you too.

Now, on higher levels, higher frequency, your understanding and consciousness expands exponentially, and you would know more, experience more, understand profoundly the hearts and minds of others, and telepathic connection between others.

God as Goodness and Upside Down Pyramid as Family, still has the possible presence of personhood in this connection between all of us, the light that joins us all, but only on the Higher Unity levels, of Love and Understanding each other and having expanded consciousness, seeing more colors than you can imagine.

So, what is the bible? In religions? Wars? Sacrifice? Murder your disobedient children.

I wonder why Christ (metaphor or real) told them who their father was?

The religions are heavily coded.

People killing following a horned god are not doing so in the name of Goodness and are in fact bearing False Testimony Against our Spiritual Parents, Mom/Dad, and all our Family, and Brothers and Sisters too.

You ask a question and then proceed to answer it yourself..already making up your mind on what is or what isn't...so why ask the question to begin with? Your mind and decision is already made up.


YES, yes yes yes yes...God has answered more than one prayer of mine. YES, yes yes yes yes,..I can say definitively without question...it was "GOD" answering those prayers. There is no doubt. The reason I am so sure..is because there is no way, no way in the world, I got the answers to what I was seeking, all by just coincidence. It would be impossible. Literally.

1st prayer: I was 19. My husband and I had just bought our house. He is a devout Christian. I was brought up catholic, but for the most part, our faith and church goings only happened at Easter and Christmas, and stopped when my grandmother died. I had heard all the stories, Moses, Noah, ... the temple, and had always believed in the stories as fact, but God wasn't someone I had to worry about until I died and he decided if I would go to heaven or not. I had always thought, that these things in the bible, were "true" and most importantly, proven to be true. After all, why would so many people believe this...if it weren't? Imagine my surprise and shock at the age of 11, when I found out...the boat had never been found. There was no recordings of hebrews in egypt...no mention of the pyramids in the bible, or dinosaurs, etc etc etc. I stopped believing in God. It was made up...just like greek and roman mythology. It to, was mythology. However, I was always always fascinated with ancient civilizations, and had always believed that there was more than meets the eye to civilization's beginning. I didn't believe in God per say, but I did believe in something unworldly happening in the beginning. ... So, there I was one night, folding laundry and talking out loud.....to no one in particular. But..what is the saying? "knock and the door shall open?" Boy did it. That night..I was talking out loud to myself..folding laundry, after have read an article on Ancient Egypt, and how the pyramids matched up with Earth's chronology, and that could only happen with aliens, or gods..etc. I began asking...."what exactly am I looking for? Is there a God? and if there is ....why is the answer so difficult? why is it so hard to know for sure? am I on the right path? am I reading the right information." I chalked it up to simply being tired and a bit over dramatic I went to bed. I had a dream. I was in the desert, there were men in battle gear, ancient looking battle gear, and they were fighting...swords, battle axes, sticks with balls on the ends that had spikes. I could hear the harsh breathing, smell the sweat, It was the most realistic dream I had ever had. It was so real, that even after 13 years, I can still remember every single detail. It was being displayed before me as if I was watching it on a screen..I was standing there, but, it was like I was viewing it through someone else's eyes, or more like through a video camera. One man...was fighting with another and another man was starting to come up behind him to kill him....I screamed out "Manasseh!!!!!!" the man at the last minute, turned around and was able to kill the man sneaking up behind him...he then looked right at me...and it closed in on his eyes...like as if the camera focused in right on his eyes. When I had yelled out Manasseh! the word itself appeared across the top in sand and orange. Not even knowing what it meant...I woke up the next morning, wrote it all down and typed the word into the computer. At this point..I had no idea what the word was, nor meant. However, when I typed it in, the search results dealt with one thing and one thing only...the lost tribes of Israel AND the 18th dynasty of Egypt. Know what is contained in the 18th dynasty of Egypt? All the Pharaohs and Pharaohs family have the name "Moses" Ramoses, Kamoses, Thutmoses, even Rameses itself is a spin off of the name Ramoses. It also took me off to pages explaining the true name of King Tut and Akhenaten and how their names were changed to have AMEN. What did I find? the fact that when "scholars" and "educated" people were telling me that there was no proof of the Israelites having been in Egypt of any sort of Exodus, they were wrong, there is so much proof its astounding!

The 2nd prayer answered: I had an excruciating ear ache. I mean, to where if I sneezed or excuse me...burped, it threw me off my bed in pain. Finally I woke up with the most piercing pain, I was begging for relief and just praying praying praying for it to go away. All of a sudden, this hot, very hot feeling came across my ear, and there was a sound, like a sea shell against my ear. The pain was gone.

The plans are big and the time scale is larger. God do it on it's timescale and not on humans. Yes there is so much that is wrong with the world right now. Learn the lesson well and never forget what kind of systems that existed around us that created the problems. Humanity need reach rock bottom to realise we need to be wise and more egoless. I think it is the weakness of a linear mode.

I contribute another forum that allows you to answer individuals and follow a conversation within the thread and discussion can be followed in as a hybrid descending tree and linear. Coversations can be followed easily, unlike ATS linear only method.

I don't think it has to do with "doing it right" I think it has more to do with recognizing the answer. Those who say god has not answered their prayers, simply aren't recognizing or realizing that he has. An example of my point? My aunt told me this joke once and helped me to make better sense of what she meant.

There is a man, and his house, and a flood has come. he has no transportation. His neighbors, knowing of the flood to come ask him to go ahead and leave with them for safety. He tells them, No, " I believe and have faith in my God and he will save me, he will protect me." The flood begins to come. Its up to his door, a boat passes by with people on it and they offer to help him. He tells them "No, I believe and have faith in my God, and he will save me, he will protect me" the boat goes on. the flood waters rise, they are now up to the second story windows. A bigger boat comes by, with more room. The man has climbed up to his roof. They offer to help him. He tells them "No, I believe and have faith in my God, and he will save me, he will protect me." That boat goes on. Now, the flood is just about covering the roof of his house, a helicopter comes, and throws down the rope for the man to be able to climb up and into the helicopter, into safety. The man yells out... "NO, I believe in and have faith in my God, and he will save me, he will protect me." The man drowns.

He is now in Heaven, and in front of God. He says to God: "God, I do not understand, I had faith in you, I believed in you all my life, I prayed to you to help me, why did you not answer my prayer?, why did you not save me?"

God replies: "I gave you good neighbors with a car, 2 boats and a helicopter....what more of an answer did you want?"
