LMAO OP you have more people thanking you than agreeing with you. Has the islamophobia wave subsided? Aww, you're late.

LOVE GOOD MUSIC - these guys all deserve support, not ridicule.

Man, this is happening all the time in the UK!
Muslim clerics and fanatics out in the street with placards and the like
chanting anti west and uk slogans.
Now let me say, i don't have a problem with anyone's race or religion, but
to be doing that sort of thing when you're actually living in that country
makes me sick!

If we don't believe in freedom of expression for people we despise, we don't believe in it at all. – Noam Chomsky

It is the duty of the patriot to protect his country from its government. – Thomas Paine

I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it. – Thomas Jefferson

The spirit of resistance to government is so valuable on certain occasions, that I wish it to be always kept alive. It will often be exercised when wrong but better so than not to be exercised at all. I like a little rebellion now and then. It is like a storm in the atmosphere. – Thomas Jefferson

The war for freedom will never really be won because the price of our freedom is constant vigilance over ourselves and over our Government. – Eleanor Roosevelt

ETA one more: If ye love... the tranquility of servitude greater than the animating contest for freedom, go from us in peace. We seek not your counsel, nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains set lightly upon you; and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen. – Samuel Adams

Freedom of speech is something our forefathers created in the Constitution. On another note justice is blind and everyone gets a fair shot is another thing created by the constitution.

However on the street freedom of speech is not true and justice is not blind. Bitch has eyes on the street and she sees everything. Keep stepping out of line and threatening people through music and I'm sure they will suffer. Islam isn't the only group of extreme people out there. If these rappers continue to push the envelope and preaching hate then some radical American will pull there card. It's only a matter of time. Just like Biggie and 2 PAC. Don't worry the natural order of things will catch up to these rappers as well. Sooner or later they will offend and upset the wrong person and BAM....the problem will take care of itself.

What is the "American Ideal"?

From what I have been seeing, more and more over the last decade or two, the American Ideal seems to consist of greed, theft on a gargantuan scale and death to anyone who resists.

Greed, imperialistic, white supremacist racism, environmental exploitation, and pornography, in a nutshell.

I feel like this could put American lives in danger. I truly believe that. You don't understand how hyped the majority muslim audience was at this concert.

What about every gangster rapper that "sings" about killing cops and hoes, maybe we should censure them as well? Tempest in a tea pot is what we have here, if it was not "dirty Muslims" singing these lines, it would be a non issue for everyone, the only thing making it an issue is the rabid anti Muslim everything sentiment some have bought into courtesy of the MSM, and hawkish governments spouting about the war on terror.

until they run into your place of work yelling ALLAH AKBAR....

This would be funny if it was not so pathetic, maybe you should do a little research before you make yourself look stupid again, find out what those words mean.

I get it all the time from radical "christians"......."GOD IS GREAT!!!!"

You got yourself right whirled up with your panties in a twist for no reason.

you think it won't? somebody get me the radical Islam body count please..

OH,so you do use Radical Islam, but do you recognize the that not all Muslims are radical Islamists? Do you not see the irony that you are someone who would be seen as a "radical christian" by a mainstream Muslim, even if you don't subscribe to any faith (and I assure you, your actions are not at all Christian like)?

You are little more than a bigot spewing hate, that alone makes you sound like a fool, then add in the "ALLAH AKBAR!" comment you made earlier, and it just confirms it.

You're against free speach and you're claiming THEY are against american ideals?
Perhaps you need to reexamine your thesis about who is acting unamerican.-

I'm not against free speech. I'm against people infiltrating our country and demeaning America from the inside, turning otherwise peaceful Americans into.... into OWS.

OMG, you ARE a freeking whack job, really, OWS has nothing to do with Muslims infiltrating the US, do you know if there is a medical name for the illness you have?

Absolutely NOT.I am a follower of Terrible Ted as well however,I just don't hunt...animals.No, what I personally want you to do is identify the pieces ofS##T that have infiltrated YOUR faith so people like me can kill them, before they suicide any more of these kids or do something really big,Wahabists and the like. Christians have white supremacists in their midst but we keep those people under control. Our military does what our hair brained polititians say.If you want to attack the west hit giant banks not a soldier or civilian. We don't get scarred like many people around the world do.We show fear with guns and anger. So you can see how terrorism may be a bad idea.
But please don't leave.

I think the whole issue is the music.

At one point in time, there was this really perverted guy named Elvis that got up on stage and wiggled his hips. That was cool, because it was taboo. The kids loved it as a method of expressing themselves.

Then we had Madonna wearing her underwear on the outside of her clothes. Shock value. Sold albums.

Britney in her school girl uniform? Yep, that was popular for a while.

Rap is a completely separate genre of music, but I hear even Justin Bieber is trying his hand at it.

Making music makes you money, and you get an audience if you're good at it. If I don't like what I'm listening to, I turn the channel. I don't buy cds I don't like. Popularity sells, and so does shock value.

New music is geared towards the youth. The message has to be harder hitting because nearly everything has been done already.

Bull. There are plenty of people who create new ,great music all the time. How has Aerosmith kept up?Limited talent may require them to stand out by sensationalism. Not that rap takes any talent but I have my own opinion and I can write lyrics that rhyme,it's too easy.I couldn't care less about others who defer so don't try to argue or show me otherwise.
Just keep this crap rap out of MY face like I keep my classic metal and classic music out of yours and we're cool.
