So happy to hear from You. Just the fact you are checking in to give us a heads up on your progress...shows how hard you are working towards your goals.

Try taking a nice hot relaxing tub bath for the headache. Maybe some candles, and soft music...a cup of hot herbal tea.

It's going to get more difficult before you are completely free from it.But you are going to do just fine.

Drink valerian root with honey,it will help you sleep and the headache(which is propably caused due to the lack of sleep) will pass.
