Er, yes. North Korea, it was YOU that pulled out of the deal by announcing a nuclear test.

Nothing to do with the USA. USA simply responded to its end of the deal, which was to provide food aid in return for a ban on nuclear tests.

No ban, no food aid. Simple logic.

Or if a NK defects to south korea, that mans WHOLE family is sent indefinitely to work camps for the rest of their lives, where they starve or are killed?

And the ONLY reason any of them are surviving is because of food, medical, and energy aid from countries like the US and China......

THEIR decision directly affects this, and that is their choice..........
