Seems like it is all coming to a head, doesn't it? Fast & Furious, Russia, the birth certificate, etc. etc...The Administration is getting caught, RED (yes,'RED') handed. The DOJ is seeing to it that Voter ID law will be thrown out in all states. This is the only way they can win, and they will win. If.only.they.can.push.push.push...to November 2nd. It's sad, really, that they are using, USING, the African American citizen to carry-out their dirty work.

Which is exactly the REASON for all of the Treyvon uprising. They NEED the racial tension, they NEED for the Panthers and NOI to strong-arm the public into not voting. Intimidation tactics, Chicago-style. They are building a barrier between themselves and the American citizens. Unfortunately, they are using American citizens as the barrier, their shield. So sad. It's like how Hamas likes to hide in elementary schools and use 8 year old kids for the front line. They KNOW the Israels won't strike first, and will hesitate to retaliate. If they do, they get smeared through the press.

HA! I knew it. A few months ago in a previous obama thread I speculated that this birther issue had a very good chance of being a subtle way to slip in a legal precedent arguing in favor of letting foreign born people into the presidency. It seems this lawyer has similar ideas. I hope I'm wrong about the precedent thing.

If not, I foresee a reasonable chance of success.

Truly though, I hope this article is faked.....because the hoops "we" have to jump through to get results and the nonsense "they" can come up with to deflect responsibility/blame/guilt/whatever is comically absurd. Worse yet, nothing changes. I'm just as guilty...I'm sitting here typing instead of doing something productive politically(although it is 5:10 AM!!! ......You get my point).

It's quite interesting to watch. the judge is clearly biased.

Alexandra comments on the supposedly faked selective service registration. at about 20 minutes in.

It is brought up at around 14 minutes.

But it is a farce!

Alexandra basically says that the supposedly forged documents are irrelevant for the ballot case, she never admits that it is a fraud.

How on Earth do some of you guys get off calling for justice without even reading the actual article. The title of this thread is an absolute lie. The tea party article is more of a blog first of all.

The lawyer NEVER admits forgery occured. What Obamas lawyer says is very simple. Forgery or not, it simply doesnt matter when it comes down to the law in New Jersey. It simply doesnt matter because there is no state law in NJ that requires proof of a birth certificate to be on the ballot. Now I dont know if they are correct in that assumption, but THAT is what the lawyer is saying, not what the title says.

How a tea party blog site can then turn this around to a lawyer admitting forgery is about as baffling as some real quality posters on this site jumping on the impeach obama bandwagon based on the title of a thread. Im honestly really dissapointed in some of you guys. Look, Im a left leaning independent. Im not necessarily voting for Obama this year, but that doesnt make me a sheeple. If I see some honest evidence that Obama has faked his BC, then I'll eat crow and sign up for the impeach Obama campaign. Until then, I seem to be one of the fleeting few who have to come here to defend him.

But people, some of you guys need to take a breath, and actually READ the article. THERE IS NOT ONE ACTUAL QUOTE that shows his lawyer ever said that. What this slanted article does do, is take half a quote, and then explain what they think the half quote implies.

I'm still curious, as a non-USA citizen to understand how he could have run for president in the first place if the relevant papers were not submitted, this is what boggles my mind and that no one was fired over that.

As for the removal from office, once he won the elections I do not see the issue as of much relevance or easily undone, since the issue is not his legitimacy to be the president (validated by the voters) but his legitimacy to be able to run for the office (legal requirements).

From all those I see running now the one I think would best serve the USA and ultimately the World would be Ron Paul (except from his policy on freedom of choice regarding abortion and his blind faith in the free market) all he says makes more sense than all the others runners combined...

I'm waiting to see if the FED charter is renewed, IIRC this September and how will the discussions for the budget conclude. My view is that they have actively delayed the inevitable economic meltdown, that they have addressed partially the symptoms not the causes and ultimately aggravated the problem that by each day losses the capacity to support a smoother transition to a new system by eroding all social structures...

What makes you think the relevant papers were not submitted?

The questions that arise from watching the videos are why does Obamas defense counsel seem so reluctant to speak of or submit an actual BC. I know she doesn't have to but her tone of it sounds like "We don't have to submit anything and we aren't required to"

Which brings me to ask why State Secretaries don't require a PAPER BC in all cases of candidates and elections.

Secondly, the lawyer here is incompetent. He didn't submit any real evidence. The judge was right, there's legally nothing to argue, because there is lack of the TARGET evidence.

Any lawyer that takes this kind of case on must first establish that the White House is representing the digital BC as the LONG FORM BC De Facto. THEN the lawyer must argue THAT digital file in court on a computer or TV screen since it is only produced in Cyberspace.

The point of all this is to get Obama and Co. to PRODUCE a paper BC...The White House has claimed the PDF document constitutes the BC, it does not. So one has to ask where is the ORIGINAL form and is the PDF digital file on the WH website being REPRESENTED as the legal document.

Because if you had, you would have seen that nowhere in it did she EVER say what the title of this op and article say. Its conjecture at its finest. So take a breather, fact check, and you'll realize that she didnt do what the OP claims. The op needs the title changed ASAP

Has anyone ever come forth with O's legal Long form Birth Certificate to met the requirement to run for or hold the office of POTUS. Has anyone at any time claimed that they have seen or have a legal copy of this document.
My understanding from this thread is that the Secetary of State is supposed to have a legal copy,,, has that been presented for public scrutinity? I would like to start from here,, and progress forward,,How hard can it be..I'm a regular guy and I've had a copy of my long form birth certificate since I was 18 years old.Surely the POTUS has one ..but has anyone ever...seen it or claimed to of seen it or have a legal copy in their posession?
