Back to the topic, the lawyer never once said the PDF file was a forgery. Period.

She only said it was irrelevant, first because it's a printout from the internet (as presented by Apuzzo) and secondly because there's no law requiring any BC be produced. Obama has met the statutory requirement by NJ law to be on the ballot.

If birther's aren't satisfied with the Republican Director of the Hawaii Dept. of Health and the Republican governor of Hawaii statement of Obama's BC as official then then nothing Obama produces will ever satisfy them.

This birther stuff really has to end. Don't you think that when a party vets a candidate they verify certain things, e.g. his citizenship status, or that when he has to be cleared to have an over TS clearance to hold the most important office in the free world that they also would verify his status as a citizen? For Pete's sake why can't we just put this to bed.

It is just another made up birther hoax claim, nothing factual at all. Just like all their claims!

I'm a big supporter of what Sheriff Arpaio is doing with respect to Obama's BC and SSR.

But the videos of this proceeding show nothing of guilt or admittance of forgery of the BS.

Some of the other testimony is interesting but there is no admitting to forgery here.
