I am posting the link to this thread , it is very intense and has profound implications if it turns out to be true. Basically David Wilcox interviews a man who claims that a plan is in the works and in coordination with the military to reclaim the American government and make mass arrests of TPTB. This man certainly seems to have a a vast amount of knowledge that rings true?

It's a very interesting thread and worth taking a look at, and gives some perceptive of what needs to happen and what we all should do if it does happen. Kinda connects the dots perhaps of the mass resignations?
