"End of World" Imminent: This WARNING is very real.

The OP has been posting at another well known site and has recently made the claim that we would see an X-10+ flare within a window of 8 days of his posting, which was March 27th. He stated that he can predict these things with 98% accuracy and the government stole his method for flare predictions.

So it is looking likely that, barring some sort of impressive ramp up in solar activity in the next 2 days that OP will be flat out wrong about his prediction there, and not surprisingly has disappeared from that thread as he has this one. Though I'm not sure whether that is by his own choice or being banned.

"Through the Curtain" by Viola Pettit Neal is one that is not only out of print but ... if you check out Amazon you will notice you can pay anywhere from 150 on up to 1300.00 for the book!!!! No joke. Someone thinks highly of it and of course so do I. I want to read what this book tells. She was ahead of her time, well educated, and it is my understanding she knew where the Sun would be at in the Solar System and she too writes how it will effect the Planet and it's inhabitants.

The absence of spring some are having, could all of this be the Wobble? as another posted. Look many are getting doom messages, but I always get inner direction and its: make good plans for the future, dream the life you want and yesterday, with all the metaphysics and articles/threads putting down consumerism, I was shown this was a program, and this flood of positivity while the sun came out was that, the money system is basically slavery.
A free open world, advanced and equal, like the Venus Project, but a little less sci fi looking in my neck of the woods anyway, I like farms and nature. But, even so, in our world, consumers and small businesses, create economy. Now the models we're using are not fair, and I don't like monopolies, but, ethical businesses, products and services are needed, and I believe people should be more self employed and family businesss over monopolies.

Automate what you can, but people are the designers the creators, the invovators, the inventors, and life should be about equality and abundance for all.

This other is some very negative program.

I keep getting there is a future. A shift would be in the twinkling of an eye and positive. Otherwise we are to be joyful, happy, and help others, equalize, create solutions and become filled with confidence and self worth, see everyone as worthy and strive for our growth and theirs equally.

All these programs are designed to be anti spiritual, anti self worth and self esteem and just disempowering and depressive.

So are they trying to take advantage of mild cycles to max them out and make everyone feel guilty and depressed?

In fact I think 2012 is the best year to start a business, and work for future dreams and put some positivity into the Source Field and Collective Consciousness, and a new age of shared wealth, and abundance, personal dreams coming true, not standing for elitism, monopolies, or so many losers in winner take all games.

I semi-agree with some of the OP's stuff, the part about our solar system entering a dense ion cloud that will make our sun burn harder which will make it emit radiation that might cause global warming and cause crop and water shortage, and that it's very possible that summer this year will be hot as balls for the southern united states. I semi-agree with global warming being real, and not being man-made, or at least not entirely.

I also have noticed that people have lately seemed to become pretty apathetic towards our supposed "life goals" in general, like they're realizing they've all been tricked into lusting after money and expensive cars and are starting to reject the whole value system. The crash of '08 has seemed to give me and a lot of my fellow 20-somethings a big case of the #-It's.

I responded to you because calling people shills or disinfo agents simply because you do not agree with them goes against the philosophy of ATS. The motto of ATS is to deny ignorance. How can we do that when an OP is based on false information. Just because something "feels" right does not make it true. What I attempt to do in threads is correct misconceptions people have regarding ancient civilizations, specifically the Maya.

As an example of this notice how the OP keeps referring to some Mayan prophecy. I have asked a number of times for this prophecy to be provided. So far the OP has not been forthcoming with said prophecy. That is because no such prophecy exists. So why should the OP not be called out on this when it is a crucial piece of his theory?

Thank you for the info in your response. I already have researched some of the things you suggested but you have given me a few new ideas as well. Its refreshing to read an intelligent response with someone who shares the same thinking as myself. It seems that nowadays a good honest discussion without the BS has gone the way of the dodo bird.

There are a lot of "doomsday" posts here on ATS...Is it a joke or something? You all seem to be trying to "out-doomsday" eachother.

It's gone far beyond merely "feeling something big is coming."

Most of the threads are essentially wishing for something catastrophic to occur because their lives have turned to # and they're too irresponsible to right the ship.

Much easier to hope for a doomy CME to come wipe out the grid rather than work to pay off debt or have to finish your school report or whatever.

Glactic plane transition: There's no credible evidence for a transition in 2012... not for another 30 million years or so.

Further, the Mayans made no predictions, prophecies, guesses, or even speculations. 2012 is just the end of a cycle. That's it, nothing more.

Based on the solar system's current position (27 +/- 4 pc, or 75 to 101 light years)6 above the galactic plane and the fact that we are currently moving away from it, with an estimated passage through it about 3 million years ago, we are not due to re-encounter the galactic plane for quite some time. We won’t be back through the disk for another 30 million years.

I'm not saying people don't have a right to bitch and moan about the state of the nation/world, but hoping for a cosmic reset is the lazy way out.

Doom is not your answer.

When are we as human kind going to face the fact that a cataclysm is a normal part of the earths life cycle?? Earth reshuffles all of the natural resources. It has happened about 300 times in the past and will happen about 300 times more before our solor system enters the deep sleep before being reborn.
