I like to keep an open mind on different subjects and this is one of those subjects.

Let him write what is in his mind, that is his right. For those people that don't like what he is writing, well.... what are you doing on his thread?

I live in Kansas, and I can see that something is going on that is very strange. The temperatures here have been around 89 degrees here lately. While the average high temperature for Kansas at this time of year is around 54 degrees per State Guides: kansas.stateguidesusa.com.../

That is about 30 degrees above normal for Kansas. If it stays that way the rest of the summer, then I can see it reaching 130 degrees in the summer. If it does that, then there will be a lot of mass extinctions. As a matter of fact "LOTS" of baby animals and birds died off last summer when the temperatures hit 115 degrees. So... if it gets worse this summer, I can see things getting even worse in the extinctions.

There are still lakes in this area "Brandy Lake" for instance that are still very low on water, and I suspect it will dry up completely this year. Many animals and birds depend on that lake for water. Last year I had tons of birds around the farm, simply because I made sure there was lots of water around for them. By the end of summer I could walk up to almost any bird to within 10 feet of them without them flying or running off.

Let the man write what he wants, he is doing no harm to anyone. If anything, he is making people aware that things are changing. I'd like to see what he has to write, I think it will be very interesting.

I also sarcastically say good job to the moderators, effectively silencing the most interesting poster I've seen on here in a while, who created the most popular and active thread in a while. Seriously makes no sense from a business perspective.

I agree
I'm in Kansas City, moved here from Honolulu and I honestly feel like it's been, um, quite... tropic'ish

Funny, you just the disinfo trash I was talking about, you must be one of the so called "elite" that wants the rest of us to lay down, stay dumb, listen to the MSM and stay out of the way while you and your family and personal security and gold all go running to your little bought off government rathole! I hope you all are buried alive or eaten by the things that live down there, peace

If any of that even closely resembled me, I might be offended.

Considering your account was created yesterday, it wouldn't be too far a stretch to suggest you're the OP.

I wish, then I'd know more about what the heck he's talking about.

I'll be honest though, this thread caused me to register to follow the OP's posts, because otherwise you can't view posts by user without registering.

Either way, the whole "get everybody scared, promise to offer an answer or salvation or a solution later, and then leave" has probably been pulled on this and the other conspiracy forums a zillion times. I should probably have stopped falling for it by now.

Yes I wanted to hear him out completely too and didn't like how much others were out to derail him.

Also, from my perspective in the Fraser Valley, BC, its colder than usual. If it wasn't for a few of those posting on ATS, would have no idea that many states had missed spring and were in summer temps already. That is frightening. Something BIG is up!

I don't disagree with anything you said, but I do have one question. How could you not take another civilization's writings as metaphors, any culture that grows on its own separate from another will develop a different language would it not? They wrote down words/inscriptions for anybody in the future generations to see, and had no idea who might read them so what if its not tailored to our understanding? They could try to write down records to the best of their efforts, but someone from outside that culture in future times will never truly understand what they were trying to say.

For those of you who suggest the detractors of the OP have a problem with what he's saying - we don't. What we have a problem with is his suggestion that he's an expert, or that he has proof or evidence to back his claims. This is fair and logical, and doesn't make us disinfo agents or paid government contractors or whatever.

I'll let you all in on a private exchange I had with the OP (one of many over the last 24 hours):

I think you are referring to the idiot savant Einstein. I have no problem bathing or tying my shoes. It's weird how the 'chosen ones' take it as in insult when you call them a jew. i guess it's no wonder, everyone else does too!
LMAO! I can tell a jew from a regular joe instantly on the internet with no other clue than their attitudes and manner of speaking. That SHOULD be hint and half for your ass.

How exciting for you that you're able to bathe yourself and tie your own shoes. I'm not bothered by your anti-semitism. And whether or not I'm a Jew, it wouldn't bother me if you called me one.

You see, I'm not bothered by your opinions, of Jews or me or anything, really. I'm annoyed that you present your scientific opinions as facts, because you're fear-mongering and self-aggrandizing.

You want to believe, without a shred of scientific proof or evidence, the world will end in a fireball on December 21, 2012? Be my guest. You want to post about it? Be my guest. Just don't present yourself to be a super-genius who's done all of this amazing work on the subject when you clearly aren't and haven't.

Don't forget, my super-intelligent friend, you're the guy who put himself out there with this incredible knowledge about the end of the world. Remember? When you put yourself out there in that manner, you should expect a certain amount of skepticism and be prepared. Prepared to meet it and respond. Not with stupidity, hatred, and arrogance. Rather, with the steady hand of an educator, which you clearly aren't, either.

You can # all over Jews, and you can talk about their people and our people and my people and your people and that's great for someone who's clearly stuck. It doesn't play for someone who's supposedly super-intelligent, with intimate knowledge of science and mysticism.

The honorable teacher Jesus the Christ himself is Jewish, and as one of the greatest mystics and teachers to ever walk the earth, as the very hand of God, He spoke in direct opposition to the crap you're serving up.

I suggest highly you spend less time trolling the Internets, and more time seeking help for yourself, mentally and spiritually.

One thing that doesn't jive with me, is that the "massive lightning bolt that arcs from the sun and kills all earth life and lights everything on fire" happens at exactly 11:11, Dec 21, 2012, due to the earth passing the equator at that exact moment because plasma is so dense at the equator or whatever.

But I doubt the plasma is in a perfectly flat plate across the center, wouldn't this plasma cloud have edges and fade from the center, which would cause smaller "sun arcs" as we begin to enter it in the previous days to Dec 21? The OP then cites "intelligent design" for this, but that's dumb and he doesn't elaborate, obviously. Like yeah, entering a gaseous cloud isn't as quick and instant as snapping a finger.

The whole thing is way too "picturesque" and poetically perfect for me to believe all of it. I wouldn't doubt the whole "sun entering a plasma cloud that causes global warming" thing, but the magic intelligent time-keeping thunderbolt is pretty sketchy.

Very nice analytical thinking. This very suggestion was made by another member earlier in the thread, and yes it makes total, rational, logical sense that we would be frying months (perhaps even years) earlier than the date proffered by the OP.

There is something else that I might add, besides the temperature being much higher than normal here in Kansas. I already have a sun tan, as a matter of fact I got my sun tan about a week and a half ago.

Last year, I didn't get a sun tan until June, even though I was outside a lot of the time for the months before that.

You aren't supposed to get a tan this early in the year in Kansas. But... I look around and many of my friends have tans also, and their saying how interesting it is that we all have dark tans this early in the year and how warm it is already.

Where I live in western pennsylvania also seemed to have "skipped winter" and this march was really warm, but our heat wave seems to have left and now we're back to normal balls-cold april weather.

Global warming please come back. I don't want to get out from under my covers in the morning lol.

seriously though, anyone could probably make a post like OP's by observing and collecting various conspiracy trends, slapping some Dec 21 2012 onto it, and then slapping some "intelligent design" on it. It's like it was specifically formulated to hit all the hot buttons. If he was really serious and scared that he would be "silenced" before he could tell us everything, he would have made one *massive* single first post with all the information right there up front and then spent the rest of his posts responding to people talking about his big first post.

face it, we got strung along, and got played.

Winter is still winter here in the frozen north of Europe. Miles of snow. Months of snow. Last year it felt like there was no summer at all - at least to me. It just never quite melted that chill in my bones that was left from the previous three winters being buried under infinite snow and ice. Six months of winter is just too much. Global warming? Not here.

The summers are fairly wet too. It seems like we have precipitation year round, yet we have a problem with dust blowing off the streets the moment they dry to any extent. Ruined top soil?

My next move is to go upcountry, to the lake district. Sick of this stuff.

Every time the cataclysmic concept has come to life, it has been stoned, burned at the stake, beaten to a pulp, and buried with a vengeance; but the corpse simply won't stay dead. Each time, it raises the lid of its coffin and says in a voice of doom "You will die before I."

We haven't been strung along. This thread actually cordinates with alot of other information and it was a travesty to see so many come on and prevent him from continuing. I don't like injustices.
