Prosecutors: Revoke Zimmerman's bond

Prosecutors argued that Zimmerman "misrepresented, misled and deceived the court" during an April bond hearing about whether he had a U.S. passport and about his family's financial circumstances.
Meanwhile, Zimmerman's defense team and prosecutors will be on the same side in court Friday afternoon fighting media companies' request to release more information in the case.
Seminole County Circuit Court Judge Kenneth Lester Jr. will preside over the hearing. Prosecution and defense lawyers will argue that a host of material should remain sealed. Scott Ponce of the Miami-based law firm Holland & Knight will argue for more disclosure on behalf of various newspapers, TV stations and their parent companies.

I admitted to conjecture, the same as you do. Stop being a troll, then maybe people will listen to you. I admitted to not knowing and taking a guess at what might have happened between the time zimmerman hung up the phone, and the cops getting there. You do the same thing. Now drop the trolling.

One person showed assault injuries, it was george. One person showed knuckle injuries, that was tray. What is your point? Tray's past is not squeeky clean either. Uses drugs, pot and codiene, abused OTC cough syrup. Possibly punched a bus driver, vandalized school property. Neither are saints here.

There is zero evidence that george assaulted him. You are using logical falicy here, asking me to provide a negative. How about you prove your claim? Nah, too much to ask right? Because there is zero evidence to back up your claim, we both know that. Or at least I hope you do. There is evidence that tray assaulted george, none to suggest that george assaulted tray. George's knuckles had zero bruising, no cuts. His face and head did though. Tray's head and face, no injuries.

Well, I went to school with real gangstas, and wannabe gangstas for the last three years of my schooling. Real gangstas, well they were real criminals. Literally, they are gang bangers. Bloods, crips and latin kings.

Well, There were plenty of times that one person suckerpunched another, then pounded and kicked them when they were already down, and later it was called winning a fight. There were plenty of times that multiple kids jumed another kid, that was called winning a fight. There was one incident where one guy called henny spit a flat razor into another kid's face, and that was called winning a fight. That, in the normal world, is not winning a fight. It is called assault and battery. People that are gangsta are criminals. People that are wannabe gangstas are wannabe criminals. I am from NY, the last few years of my schooling was with innercity kids, and a few others like me that had bad luck to end up there.

If you square off against someone that was willing, and win, that was what was called winning a fight where I come from. Make sense? Suckerpunch seems to be a big thing when it comes to winning gangsta fights. And that is best case scenario.

Obama nor Holder had any hand in GZ being arrest. Its very clear WHY you think they did but that is based on your own personal dislike/hatred for those people, its not based on any facts or reality.

Like i said to pops, everyone does have right to self defense. Even GZ, but the state of FL says based on the evidence and GZ statements that he was not acting in self defense. So now he has a 2nd degree murder charge on him.

I suggest you take a look at the motion to revoke bond. I link it, you didn't read it.

Now, once your read it try responding with facts. Its clear you don't know. His bail was revoke because him AND his wife both misled/lied to the court.

His wife said she didn't have access to funds yet she transferred X amount of dollars from the paypal money from GZ account to hers. They have all the taped jail house calls. So, again you are wrong. It was not simply just about HOW MUCH was in the accounts it is about the fact that shellie flat out LIED and GZ made no attempt to correct it by telling his lawyer on the spot that the information Shellie was giving under oath was outright lies.

You make it clearer and clearer with every post that you have no interest this case and for some reason you seem to like to attack me. Keep it up, I can handle it. I don't have to lie and mislead like you, Shellie, and GZ.

This is the fact. Shellie Zimmerman was PROVED a liar today. Based on that and her husbands willingness to go along with her LIES in open court his bond has been REVOKED.

You can cry all you want that this doesn't hurt his credibility but even legal experts that have supported GZ has said this absolutely damages his credibility. It was also discussed that Shellie Zimmerman very well may have charges brought up on her. You really should watch todays hearing. The judge himself said he was shocked that the state didn't present that as well today. Funny how you missed all of that in your zeal to try and undermine and insult me. Again, you have failed.

You and the GZ fan club take lying and making excuses for a murderer to a whole new level. Officer, if a suspect lied to you in the beginning and you found out would you later question their credibility? Of course you wouldn't ... now would you?

The problem with your argument is that you arguing that their is no proof who started the altercation. True.

Now. It was shown today that GZ is not a credible witness. I know you fans don't like to admit that is what happened in court today, but that is what happened. So knowing that the court even thinks GZ is a minimum misleading and quite possibly a liar. Then now we are faced with do we believe GZ when he says TM attacked him first?

Based on today's revelations the needle leans towards GZ not being a truthful credible witness. So if the physical evidence does not match 100% then the court and jury will AGAIN question GZ credibility and they will weigh that in part with todays information.

Bottom line.....not looking good for GZ and the Fan Club on here just refuses to accept that. Its classic denial.

or unless you pursue the fight after the fact of being able to safely retreat , or after being told to by a real police officer , I also find it amazing that a shot to the chest doesnt count as a wound or being wounded , unlike a couple of scratches on a head which for all we know could of happened after the fat or even on the doorframe of a police car?
