I think there may just be a running joke going on that you are actually George Zimmerman. I think that is why people wanted you to comment. If you had left the conversation...then maybe, just maybe you were him. But since you are back and he is in custody, I guess we all now know you aren't George Zimmerman.

in a first degree murder case.

To many people were calling
for first degree murder charges..

I found an injustice in that

I am just glad NO first degree charges will be filed

Dont forget he still has a hell of a defense.

Its only fair this goes to trial.

After reading definition #2 - - doesn't sound to me that they are over shooting this.

I'm not that familiar with "degrees of murder" - - I thought for sure - if charged - it would be Manslaughter.

But with the #2 definition - - this makes sense.

Not really, you have totally changed your tone from Zimmerman could do no wrong and Trayvon was a gang banger, you had implied in other posts there was no way he could even be charged and mocked those who wanted at least an investigation with charges.

Some people may have wanted that - - but realistically I doubt many would claim he went after Trayvon with intent to kill him.

I do think it is 100% Zimmerman's fault because of his irresponsible actions. But I don't think he pursued Trayvon with intent to kill him.
