Difference between watching someone from the porch as you say, to actually following, better word stalking someone while walking home from the local shop.

Like a lot of people have mentioned, the Police advised him not to continue following. Zimmerman with the status of captain of his block got a power trip and a loaded gun, result death of an unarmed youth. What is so hard to under stand.

Do you know anything about court proceedings? Witness testimonies are objected to as hearsay all the time. Many times the judge actually allows it as well. Many witness testimonies are hearsay. Now where is your witness testimony?

A witness is not considered an eye "witness" unless he has first hand accounts of the situation. Hearsay is not permissible in court , so that is pretty much irrelevant ...?

Who's testimony has been entered into the record as an eye witness?

And eye witnesses are what counts.
