Thank you for your informed post. Yes, you make a lot of sense.

Most Americans are not sophisticated enough to see the fast balls thrown by them.

Yes, QE - 3 will work but it devalues the U S Dollar.

---------

Walk down the street and ask average people if they even know what Q E - 3 is.

Go ahead and tell them it stands for quantitative easing.

They will just look at you with a blank stare on their face.

It's sad but true.

It's not who "they" put up for candidates, it's who decided to get into the race. People have an odd perception of elections these days.

Rick Santorum is not a Constitutional Conservative, he is a Religious Right Social Conservative. This speaks to the point that I have always made here on ATS, and that point is that there are MANY different types of Conservatives. The media, as well as many others, use the blanket statement "Conservative" and group every Republican and/or Conservative into the same group. When someone claims to be a Conservative, the very first question you should ask is "what is this person trying to conserve?" For example, Ron Paul is trying to conserve liberty and the Constitution. Mitt Romney is, well, never mind... I don't know what the hell he's trying to conserve. Santorum is trying to conserve biblical/religious values and principals, and liberty, as long as that liberty does not stray from the boundaries of his religious principals. I am a Conservative Libertarian, much like Ron Paul, in that I want to conserve the constitutional ideas and principals of individual liberty that this country was founded on, and after that anything pretty much goes, as long as it doesn't infringe on anyone else's liberty. In conclusion, don't make the mistake of grouping ALL Conservatives together. In fact, don't make the mistake of existing within the slavery known as the left/right paradigm at all.

You are in the minority.

Queen Nancy Pelosi taught them how to think.

It's too late now. Just watch.

As the price of gas rises, Obamas approval rating will drop to 39%.

Which is kinda funny, because you'd think that Axelrod and Plouffe group would know better than to force gas prices up before the election.

I'll tell you, porn's not on my list of sites, but this is scary. If Porn is in the crosshairs, (and I don't like porn) then what else is he going to go after, coffee, cigarettes, watching tv too late at night, double dipping? This guy's nuts, and basically I lean towards Republican. I'd do anything to get obama out........... except vote for this guy.

Now, if Santorum had only said he would ban all "Child Porn", he would have gotten the libs on board because they like to pretend they are advocating for children and there's the whole Hillary Marxist Socialist "It Takes A Village" thing where the State gets to tell the parents how to raise their kids and the UN gets to tell the US what to do.

Rick Santorum and Obama are BOTH self destructing.

Rick Santorum is making headlines but they are not popular.

I don't understand Santorums strategy.

------
Obama is joking about the high price of gas. It is NO JOKE to the American people.

I don't understand the Santorum strategy either, except that right now he is campaigning for his base, and has lost sight that his base and Obama's base are different bases.

If he really wants to make a difference, he should go for legislation prosecuting pedophile priests. The Catholic church doesn't seem to want to do it.

He won't do that - - he is Catholic.

He supports the Pope - - who intentionally hides the scandal.

The GOP is in trouble, because they are using 1982 Election strategies, just like they did in 2008.

That's what happens to an incumbent party that has held the reigns of power for the greater part of 30 years.

All of the GOP's hopefuls look like dinosaurs to most Americans.

Hard to look relevant when you are speaking Olde English to a crowd who is Tweeting.

Santorum is playing by the book, problem is, everyone else is using Kindle.

I'll make a prediction right now.

When Obamas approval rating hits 39%, the phone call will be made to Hillary Clinton.

Then Obama will be given the bad news: Sorry, this isn't working.

Hillary, for crying out loud don't say the word Algae.

The Catholic Church has admitted the scandal and paid heavy fines.

Now is not the time for disinformation.

Similarly, he should also make it illegal for women to gain more than 5 lbs. after they get married.

I did NOT just say that. Don't tell my wife I said that.

Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but there is statistical evidence that pornography actually lowers the rate of rape:

Source: Aggression and Violent Behavior journal.

The author of the 2009 article prophetically claims:

Evidence for a causal relationship between exposure to pornography and sexual aggression is slim and may, at certain times, have been exaggerated by politicians, pressure groups and some social scientists.

And more importantly:

Victimization rates for rape in the United States demonstrate an inverse relationship between pornography consumption and rape rates. Data from other nations have suggested similar relationships.

www.sciencedirect.com...

Whatever your feelings are about mainstream pornography (sounds weird I know), someone using pornography is far better than actually raping someone.

I can't believe someone is making Mitt Romney look good.
