I wish we could downflag threads like this that bring no value, but instill more fear into the populace.

We are already on our knees and are barely surviving living in fear of losing our houses and having enough to eat for our families. I feel like I am consumed with fear and America has now become the fear state of the world. Can we quit worrying about foreign policy, we need to focus on what we could be spending the money it would take to bomb Iran and rebuild after we bomb them. We need to take that money and build our infrastructure.

Take the money that we would use on a new war and spend it on high speed rails across the whole US.

Take the money and spend it on R&D for technology that helps humanity, not destroys it!

It is up to us to make the change and to break free of the fear! Be the change we want to see!

I can see you’re very new to ATS so let me give you some advice, professor. If you’re going to respond to the OP (Original Post) then you should counter the material and sources posted in the OP with your own material and sources rather than just stating you don’t ‘agree’ with it. Otherwise, you have no argument and I have nothing to refute but your lack of substance!

Threatened for 30 years?? If Israel or US wanted Iran gone for 30 years Iran would have been gone 30 years ago. You know you’re being intellectually dishonest with that argument, sir.

1. Iran is no threat lol. They can barely try to get the nuke without the whole world suppressing and declaring sanctions against them.

2. Iran is especially no threat to the US. We have them Surrounded. They know it's suicide if they harm us in any way and if they tried to send a missile across the ocean and into DC, we would surely see it coming.

3. There's something called Problem-Reaction-Solution/Reason. Israel has been trying to find a reason to attack Iran for a while now for zionist and NWO reasons..
-They've been attacking them covertly-sending assassins to kill their scientists, hoping that Iran would throw the first stone and then Israel would be justified in declaring war...
-They've been falsely blaming them in taking part in ridiculous terror attacks in order to stir up tension...
-They've LIED about Iran's intentions especially with their nuclear program...

4. Israel is MORE than capable of handling Iran on its own. It secretly has been funded by the US for decades, and now has very powerful military might. The relationship between them and the 'owners' of our country is much closer than you think (alot of research you need to do bro). How else do you explain a country that was established only 65 years ago grow so powerful so fast that it's really on the 'superpower' level right now. There's a lot of history involved.

We all know 9/11 was a scam, so why did we go to Afghanistan? There's no Bin laden. And then we went to Iraq? then Lebanon? Why are we aiding and promoting in the self-destruction and destabilization of Israel's neighbor territories such as Jordan, Turkey, Egypt, Libya, and now Iran and Syria?? There is a large and hidden agenda behind this. Ok now I'm going off topic...

I totally agree with everything you have said here. I usually like to hear all sides of the debate , but there is nothing more to be said. Iran's leadrers have stated their intentions and the lovers of Iran's policies and defenders of their actions no longer have my ear. I see no reason in even replying to their insults or lack of knowledge on the situation. If you repeat the threats Iran's leaders have made, they act like your lying and I'm not going to waste my time having to go back through UN speeches to show them they are wrong. They need to spend the time checking these things out themselves. That's how I learned. So Iran lovers, go move to Iran and then email us and tell us how wonderful your life is. A little advise, make sure you know the way to the nearest bomb shelter.

I don’t care who does it, I just think it needs to happen sooner rather than later. If Israel (or anyone in the region) chooses to attack Iran I believe they are fully justified based on Iran's actions.

ANY country trying to develop Nuclear weapons,when the world ALREADY has enough to destroy itself,many times over,needs to be stopped.

There is NO reason to have hidden facilitys,unless they are trying to hide the intentions of producing one.

The world already had enough to do that when Israel who didn't sign the treaty unlike Iran who did get nukes so why didn't we stop Israel?

If my scientist were being murdered by Israel you can bet I would hide my facilities also. Why doesn't Israel open it's nuke program to inspection ? What are they trying to hide?

That's what you hear because that's what you were looking for. Hitler was only a threat because he was made into one by the same masters of war that run your country now. I think you need to actually go to the library and do some research before you start a shouting match with someone who is obviously far better versed in world history than the likes of you. For 5 years I practically lived at my local library, so do not try to write me off as another disillusioned hopeful. I am way more of a veteran than you, and I will not do research that you should have done in the first place before you posted this garbage.

I am a veteran of OEF and OIF. I have worked in the defense industry my whole adult life. I am 29 now. I have seen first hand how foreign policy works! I have lived in over 4 countries and worked in many more, I have learned the cultures of many nations. I think I am qualified to make statements here that add credible value to the discussion. Please get off your high horse and research. If you really want to know the truth go look it up, it is out there.... For now, until they censor the Internet. i don't know what all it says but the part that i can read appears to be correct in a lot of people eyes... including many jews. The state of Israel should be done away with.

It is being controlled by Zionists who won it right after WW2. All that was set up for that specific reason. Regular Jewish people were persecuted and murdered by the millions so that the allies would grant the nation of Israel.

The funny thing is that the DoD is wondering why servicemen are coming back with depression, anger, guilt and they lump it into a general category called PTSD. The true problem is that servicemen that go and serve see first hand what is happening.

When someone is raised with moral values and they go into a war zone and see children and civilians being victims of war all in the name of profit it conflicts with everything they have been raised to uphold as good. They begin questioning and sub consciously it destroys us and we get depression, anger and guilt AKA "PTSD"
