I'm sorry for all the loss you experienced in such a short amount of time. That must have been very hard on you.

I'm not sure what to tell you about the auras except that angels don't incarnate into human bodies. They can appear to us as a human, but it's just a projection that they make us see while they interact with us for a short time. At least that's what I've always read.

I don't like black shadows. Don't know why you aren't getting a bad vibe from it, but just be careful.

Hello Orion...

As I've said in the past, our guides will help keep us on the right path if we ask for their help. Just ask them to help you find the right job to learn the lessons you came here to learn this time around. Then just sit back and roll with the flow, as they say. Don't try to force anything. If you come across obstacles, it's for a reason; you aren't suppose to take that path.

Hope your mom continues to get better.

Yeah it hasn't been fun, but I can organize a funeral like no one else.

Not sure I just know it was so bright it hurt my eyes, it was almost like having a flashlight shine in your eyes, a bright one. I still kind of talk to her sometimes, and I did tell her what I saw.

Oh yeah when I first saw it I got scared and hid under the blanket and put the blanket down just enough to see what was going on. And I have had the flight or fight feeling a few times I think that last time I was like 23 when I felt it. But with my sister saying she saw that black shadow going in my room. I am not sure what to make of it and I haven't felt anything bad in a very long time.

So I mentioned I get nightmares once in awhile, maybe twice a year or so. Well it's the same or a similar nightmare every time. It starts out with me trying to open up a door and somebody is holding the knob or is like psychically holding it, I'm not sure from the other side. Once I notice the doorknob won't turn that is when it becomes a nightmare and it's me trying to fight this unknown entity.

Generally I end up defeating this entity and being able to over power it pretty fast and its not that much of a nightmare, last night though I'm pretty sure I had the same nightmare 3 times in a row. It just didn't seem to end, I did defeat the entity but it seemed stronger this time.

Are you trying to start something new in your life? If so, this could be symbolic of that. You could be meeting resistance in one of your life endeavors, thus the dream of trying to open a door, but it seems someone is keeping you from it.

Ok, this is a long thread and I have not read it all, but this happened last night and is fresh in my memory.

First some background: this is not my first time dealing with the paranormal, and at this time of the year, and considering recent events--I'm not surprised there is heightened activity. My neice passed away last Wednesday, I found out on saturday night from her sisters FB post (still havnt managed to contact her mother, my sister).

Last night I felt dizy and went to lay down at 10:30ish at night. as soon as I laid down I could hear this odd noise like someone a "shwee" sound repeatedly. The sound flowed through the kitchen then into my room and went around the room a couple of times . Because it sounded like her, I didnt worry, there was no feeling of dread you get in some encounters.

That was all cool, but my chest was tightening up almost so I couldnt breath. I decide to get up and use my asthma inhailer (seratide), and go back to bed. The "shwee" noise continues but only once in a while, not repeatedly like before. My chest starts tightening up again, wich it shouldnt do after Seratide, but I'll give it some time to kick in.

Then I hear footsteps, soft steps like a smaller person, come from where my desk is to the kitchen light switch--TURN IT ON for a moment then TURN IT BACK OFF!!. My kitchen light is long fluorescent tubes so it makes a noise when starting and I could hear that from my bedroom--but I could also see the light from under my door.

This is when I get a bit worried and tell myself thats just (neice) having some fun with me. I sit up wondering if I should go see, but worry if its not her. I lay back down, chest starts tightening again. I get up, go to the kitchen and turn the light on, get some water, chest is not tight at all--I can breathe again.

After a few moments feel this touch on my face. It felt like the touch of my great-grandmother (not related to my neice) when she was on her deathbed. It felt cold, but still had some sort of warmth. My chest gets even tighter and I get worried, I said tomyself something like "I dont need this right now"--and it all went away.

Thats my night for you.

With ear phones on, just about to play a video on you-tube and suddenly a male voice says 'I put a spell on you'.

The voice was like a demon talking on one of those Ghost Box gadgets.

I checked any possible you-tube adverts on auto-play and there was nothing, even checked the System Administrator for processes.

I've had several. Window blinds opening / closing on their own accord, loud knocking, furniture moving on its own in the middle of the night, doors on TV cabinet slamming shut, lights dimming and brightening on their own accord.

Heavy activity from a suspected poltergeist in the home.

My girlfriend's daughter once told us there was a young girl on the deck, which we saw looking in but when we went out there, she didn't run away but just disappeared. We later found out a young girl had been murdered in the home, matching the description of who we saw.

I'm thinking of moving to a different state but am not sold on it yet, Honestly otherwise I don't think so but there has been so many changes in the last year. But I have had this dream for 10+ years.

Welcome to the (long) thread PBL666.

That is an interesting experience you had. If it felt more like your grandmother touching you, maybe it was her letting you know your niece was with her and she was okay.
That's kind of freaky about the light coming on, but maybe she wanted to give you a REAL sign that you couldn't brush off to let you know she was there.

Anything new since you posted? Sorry, I haven't been on ATS for the past few days, so I'm just now seeing this.

Well, that's freaky! Hmmm... I don't know what to tell you Rapha. Maybe do a cleansing in your home to get rid of any evil spirits.

Strange indeed! Are you still living in the house with the poltergeist activity? If so, someone living there is causing this activity. Read up on what creates a poltergeist and do what's necessary to get rid of it before it grows any stronger!

I don't think this is paranormal but fell asleep on my sofa listening to YouTube on my iPad. Heard how aliens left signs in stone carvings around the world at different sites thousands of years ago cutting the stones with advanced tech on stone blocks that weigh several tons that fit together so tight that not even a piece of paper fits between them. Our history books say man built all this but they were made thousands of years ago when they supposedly didn't have the tech to do that. Our tech today would struggle to try to recreate it.

Reminded me of the show ancient aliens or something like that and made me wonder if I was being given messages while I was sleeping. YouTube was still playing 2.5 hours later when I woke up. Something about stone work over 1000 to 2000 years old that the lecturer said was causing him to get death threats because in New Zealand, nothing is supposed to predate when some group came to settle there or land claims could be in jeopardy. Auto play was running. The next selections YouTube selected for me were about alien tech and something else I forgot. On another thread someone suggested me or someone else might be in some secret government program but if I am, it'd be a surprise to me. If I was, they should pay me years of back pay so I can retire early.

This is a paranormal question.
If I had the wind blow open 2 doors and one door just opened for me all within an hour one night over 20 years ago and within months I had a dust devil form perfectly around me moving with me, could I have somehow caused it all or is it more likely paranormal entities caused it? I was thinking some might say I caused it but if I did, that would be amazing but would leave me wondering. Why only 4 events over 20 years ago?

Well maybe 5 events from back then. I just remembered a bunch of signs blowing down as I walked past 4 or 5 heavy signs. Might have been a coincidence . 4 or 5 in a row

The only more recent thing I remember is seeing a distortion in the air like in the predator movies and then feeling a pleasant sensation like someone kissing me. I definitely did not cause that.

I guess option B is our entire universe is a simulation and the AI keeps screwing with me . Hey AI if you're watching me now, I could really use a multi. million dollar lottery win. My odds are about 1 in less than a billion.

I guess other options could include unknown entities interacting with me reading my thoughts.

I just remembered weird super speed events that were more recent. Time seemed to go into slow motion 3 or 4 times but I was not stuck in time like everyone else.

I fall asleep watching YT videos all the time. The same thing happens to me. I think it's because when the video ends another one on the same subject starts to play. Nothing paranormal about it.

As for your second post... crazy! I have no idea, but my GUESS would be ETs are messing with you.

Now that I think about it, I remember meeting a guy who seemed very smart but seemed to be trying to stay very low key and some of his ways seemed alien. He was a big time practical joker as well. He acted like he knew something about alien spacecraft production. I asked him to see what he would say about something and he said they were built in space and had superconducting shells. If I met an ET who was messing with me, he comes to mind. He used to readjust my bosses chair down several notches every day before he left or before my boss arrived. Claimed he coinvemted the first VR helmet or visor. He was working on new inventions and told me about some details. Told me about US tech we were using in space supposedly but not too much. Borrowed my Thermodynamics book which is like a large text book full of equations and supposedly read it overnight and claimed he thought it was interesting but it had a few mistakes. ET? Maybe. Might have just been a practical joker.

As far as other ET's, well who knows,I've met several in my dreams. I think one of the weirdest ET's was an octopus like creature. I met a good looking girl one night who claimed she was from another planet. Of course I didn't believe her.

I think the reason I posted the above was that I was thinking what would an atheist think if they didn't believe in God or the paranormal and saw all the stuff I've seen? Aliens messing with me. I didn't think of that one. I could have alien kids and not even know it if they are messing with me in more ways than one.

One scary thought I've had before is this whole life is a dream, very realistic though, and I have another body in another reality. I could be in a coma or asleep in that reality. This whole universe could be a simulation program and the AI in charge can monitor dreams and merge realities and could have stuck everyone else here after a cluster mess up in an alternate timeline.

I'm speculating. I have no idea. I blame ghosts. I thought I did see for a fraction of a second a female ghost standing in my living room a few years ago. The strange thing was she was dressed like someone from the 1800's. I thought I must have imagined it. Startled me.
I forgot about it until a few months ago I read in the paper there was a town ghost dressed in 1800's clothing and female haunting certain buildings downtown. I've visited those buildings.

As for the lady in 1800 era clothing, yes, you probably saw a ghost.

I think I forgot to mention the flying saucer he mentioned to me one day he said he spotted hovering above his head one afternoon. He made it sound unusual. Like wow, a flying saucer floating above his location while he was outside doing whatever. Unless he was trying to determine what my reaction would be.

My reason for logging on tonight was due to me wondering if it's normal for people's hand and or arms to drop to room temperature. I was lying in bed and typing on my iPad and thought, my hand feels cold. I found a thermometer and put my fingers on it, it barely moved. It said 69 before I touched it, 70 after a minute with the cold hand. That was almost room temperature.

I vaguely remember one time while outside in the cold, someone told me my hands were blue. My body temperature of my hands has dropped as low as the 30's when I'm out in cool air if I'm not moving around and hot. I think somewhere below 40, my hands might start turning blue. Maybe I'm part alien and don't even know it. My core body temperature is usually normal but I remember feeling cold one time as a kid, very unusual for me. After sitting inside the doctors office for over an hour, the nurse took my temperature. Twice. Said it was 69 degrees after looking confused. Said she was going to list me as normal though. Then started asking have you been drinking ice water? No, no, no.

Maybe a lot of my blood slows way down when I'm relaxing. When I'm hot my hands will turn red but I can make them white again by raising my hands in the air within a second or two. Someone told me that's not normal by telling me you must be an alien. Haha, yeah right. Someone told me that's not too unusual.

No, it's not unusual. The more relaxed you are the less blood circulation goes on. More active, more circulation. The body temp will rise with body movement.
