I know but IF Canyon Dr is the viewing point w/sw is Oroville City Airport and if she is correct saying they were viewing towards Dunstone Rd/ Grubb St area thats south and we have Beale AFB and west of that Sutter C A and Yuba C A.

personally I feel this has to happen individually or even just small groups. We've seen how the media distorts these things and we all know about the mass hysteria conclusion, so it seems only fitting that the best way for humans to finally accept reality is with their own eyes- if it ever happens at all. The worst thing (for me) that could happen is that they ignore us.

I dont agree what we need is good evidence that can't be disputed, and low and behold thats were your sceptics come in, if I saw something I thought was the real thing I would back it to the hilt!!!!

We have no way of finding out if this is the real thing or not. There's tons of these kinds of videos on youtube, and most of them are probably fake. This is just a bunch of lights, nothing we haven't seen before.

Hello bottle.personally I feel it's highly highly unlikely (bordering on impossible) that us humans are the only sentient life forms in this vast universe we are all a part of! The question is: 'have these life forms ever visited this planet or indeed are they here now!?!??! IMO that's the real question.. Unfortunately this doesn't make me feel they are here.... They look like Chinese lanterns to me because> I've seen many, taken part in letting loose many (weddings, birthday parties etc) ... What else could they be? So far no one has put forward anything to make me feel different-- what else is there to say?

it doesn't matter what she says, the setting sun tells the story. she is looking SSW and W when she turns to her right

Then if thats true and she was at the Canyon Dr area when she took the film then guess what the Oroville Airport is within the field of view of the camera!

OK seriously, I'm starting to feel like people only read their own posts.
If you STILL have any questions as to where she says she was looking, I laid it all out right here on the map that I have already posted like 6 times now...THIS IS A MAP LOOK AT IT
From analyzing all of her posts, this is the best visual description I can make.
And if you actually want to know what all the markings are on the map, go back a couple pages and read the damn post explaining it.

They are Chinese lanterns! Why would anyone feel they are anything other than Chinese lanterns?? The logic baffles me!! They slowly raise from the ground-- they rise up as Chinese lanterns do-- they slowly move across the sky as Chinese lanterns do-- why would they be anything else apart from Chinese lanterns??? Tell me..

Occurred February 13th 2012. From Sunset until late hours... and Feb 14th similar sightings in the same area

The sheer length of the sighting and the fact that they were seen the following day say that they weren't lanterns ...unless someone had a truckload or them .
They were planes , that has been shown many times in this thread , to deny that is ignoring the evidence and the hard work put in by a couple of members on this thread .

Numerous people have suggested Chinese lanterns, you weren't the only one. And yes, at times they do look like lanterns but there are plenty of other suggestions to what they could be and examples of where people show where they do not behave or look like lanters.
Read the thread. Everything you want to know has probably been posted numerous times.
