Maybe you can provide a timestamp for the jet but it wouldn't be unusual for the strobe on a jet to be significantly brighter than that of a small aircraft.
As for the strobe I saw. It's hard to catch but at 16:13 someone says "There is another on over there" as the camera pans west you can see it flash twice between this time and 16:16.
At 16:33 the guy asks "what's that sound" and the girl says "it's a jet".

It "disappears" at about 2:45 when the landing lights are no longer pointing at the camera. You can still see the plane because a better camera is used and the operator zooms in on it.
