I saw this with my eyes watched it from sunset to 1 in the morning and the activity was mind blowing, i have SEEn helicopters, i have SEEN planes, i have SEEN weather balloons and there deff isn't lanters flying around this little valley. the airport is 5 miles behind where i was filming and the planes are for crops and dont turn into circles, dont fly extremely fast then slow then dissapeer, they don't land and take off straight up off the ground, with no angle whatsoever. This case is unsolved and I will be investigating this myself because this town is too small and too small minded to get anyone else involved.

Well you were there mate so I can't argue with that, however I see no evidence of the lights flying "extremely fast" but I do agree that all I see are lights coming up from the ground and going no higher than what chinese lanterns would do.

If your vid showed supersonic lights flying down the way from the upper atmosphere and then stopping before the ground, performing incredible 90 degree turns along the way, I would buy that it would be unusual

Then you and the people who were with you need to get their eyes checked. The objects you filmed obviously had FAA standard strobe lights on them, and you can see them when they start to fly perpendicular to the camera.

They obviously were human-made aircraft HONEY. I see what you filmed every single day. I bet you can film the same thing every day too!

well aw man too bad ya weren't there then cause thats exactly what was happening, may i add i've SEEN chinese lanterns and people in oroville dont fly them, yet alone 10 to 15 of them, and i must say again, you must listen to the one who viewed it, believe me im not one to jump to conclusions this video isnt new i've been working on figuring it out for ever, the area it was at has NO residents.

I signed on today cause the guy who took the video and uploaded it told me to. and i saw what you guys were saying and had to clarify how incorrect the viewers are, but its understandable...they just didnt see it like i did.

Hey Madi, thanks for making it to ATS. First off, don't let the self-proclaimed debunkers get to you. This is a great site with many people on both sides of the fence with lots of helpful tools and knowledge.

Second, We really don't know where the film was shot. Everything is just an educated guess based on the sunset and proximity to the airport. I don't personally believe the airport was in front of you guys but we have to take that into consideration just to eliminate that even being a possibility. That's how things work around here. One little step at at time. Occasionally three steps back...

Anyway. Just to clarify so we can put some things to rest. What part of Oroville did you witness this from?

Xoanon, Thank you for being interested. It might help anyone if they find themsleves in the same position.

Problem is my friend, it doesn't relate to this story. However, it does relate to Oroville, CA. It's a story about a lost pet, but much more than just that. It touches on how if one puts their mind to something, they will succeed. It also touches on how cruel other humanbeings can be to eachother. It exposes what I can honestly say was a miracle, without a doubt, a true miracle, but with evil attempting to pull the strings in the background. It's enough to make one sick.

Tell you what, if I post the story in this thread, it will be erased because it's off topic. I don't want to put in the time to write it to only have it be deleted, which I understand has to be done here at ATS in order to keep the subjects of the threads. are you ...stupid or...? this is aan article by the person who runs the website so he took it from my youtube and uploaded it obviously me and others are the voices you're hearing in the videos, i did not upload this video it has become viral after uploading it to show to a friend it has over 20000 views already... i didnt wan't that.

Thank you for this video, me and about 30 other people saw what looks like the exact same thing on new years day 2009 at about 12.30 am over the UK. I counted 11 of them. I'm going to show this to some of my friends that was at the party that night.

It was down dunstone let me tell you that area gives me the creeps nothing at alllll out there, the airport is way way way away from where we were, infact behind us completley we were facing west, the airport in chico and thermalitto was in the north.

There is Oroville municipal airport, Chico airport, and at least another small airport within an hour or so of Oroville, not to mention Beale AFB where they fly U2s and drones...

To me they look like they are moving in the wind currents/updrafts...not sure why anyone would do a Chinese lantern in fire-prone California but maybe it is something else

we drove past the airports and they couldnt have been more out of the way and a waste of gas considering the spot where they appeared to be coming from, once again i would never claim this to be something it isnt so the contradictory statements are starting to becoming obnoxious, HOWEVER i will answer all the questions as i have had to do for a week now. The airports are not allowed to fly multiple crafts crossing each other, im sure they dont line up and in straight lines, there is more to this video then you guys saw. Like i said it wasn't an 18 min sighting it was a 6 hour one. The airports had nothign to do with it and there WERE planes flying by that night very close to the objects so we could clearly differentiate the two. And helicopters have rays of light and are not around those parts, and chinese lanters that idea just needs to get outta here cause its preposterous.

But like you said in the video, you were 'waiting' for them.

So they must have come before? How often do they appear?
