I provided a video that showed some rather unusual anomalies of 9/11, but know its HAARP being used, and since that is the only name I have for whatever use of scalar technology they employ, have no idea what the name of actual technology they used was, but its all based on the Tesla. Hurricane Erin appearing, moving up the cost and disappearing, which is also the effects of scalar, like Kachina.
Everything gets blamed on HAARP for good reason. And we need to stop them, its very plain and simple. They're our problem, alot more our problem than the sun.
I don't know why people don't see the sun is changing or something is having an effect on it.
NONLINEAR QUANTUM MECHANICS AND SUPERLUMINAL LOOPHOLES
"However, this prohibition is broken if quantum mechanics is allowed to be slightly "non-linear", a technical term meaning that when quantum waves are superimposed they may generate a small cross-term not present in the standard formalism. Steven Weinberg, Nobel laureate for his theoretical work in unifying the electromagnetic and weak interactions, investigated a theory which introduces small non-linear corrections to standard quantum mechanics [13]. The onset of non-linear behavior is seen in other areas of physics, e.g., laser light in certain media, and, he suggested, might also be present but unnoticed in quantum mechanics. ...
Two years after Weinberg's non-linear QM theory was published, Joseph Polchinski published a paper demonstrating that ... Through the new non-linear effects, separated measurements on the same quantum system begin to 'talk' to each other and faster-than-light and/or backward-in-time signaling becomes possible."
While the non-linear QM model has not been experimentally verified in physics laboratories, RV precognition experimental data support the notion of backward-in-time signaling! QM is not yet part of a Unified Theory of Everything, and so mysterious non-local interactions may also involve general relativistic aspects of space-time. Science does seem to be making progress toward comprehending the reality of precognition and maybe consciousness will be the link for the very small and the very large.
A more spectacular series of rigorously controlled (and repeatable!)
laboratory experiments occurred in the Peoples Republic of China (PRC). In September 1981, an
extraordinary paper was published in the PRC in the journal Ziran Zazhi (transl.: Nature Journal), and this
paper was entitled, “Some Experiments on the Transfer of Objects Performed by Unusual Abilities of the
Human Body” (Shuhuang et al., 1981). The paper reported that gifted children were able to cause the
apparent teleportation of small objects (radio micro-transmitters, photosensitive paper, mechanical
watches, horseflies, other insects, etc.) from one location to another (that was meters away) without them
ever touching the objects beforehand. The experiments were operated under exceptionally wellcontrolled
conditions (both blind and double-blind). The researchers involved included not only
observers from various PRC colleges and medical research institutes, but also representatives from the
PRC National Defense Science Commission. Because of the involvement of the latter, it was deemed
necessary that an unclassified Intelligence Information Report be prepared by the DIA (see Shuhuang et
al., 1981), which included a detailed English translation of the article.....
All of the Chinese experiments reported using gifted
children and young adults, who possessed well-known extraordinary PK ability, to cause the teleportation
of the various test specimens. In all the experimental cases that were reported, the test specimens that
were teleported were completely unaltered or unchanged from their initial state, even the insects were unaffected by being teleported. The experiments were well controlled, scientifically recorded, and the
experimental results were always repeatable.
The Chinese papers are all extremely interesting and very well written, and they show photographs
and schematic diagrams of the various experimental setups. The experimental protocols were explained
in lengthy detail, and thorough data and statistical analysis were presented in the results.
The psychotronics topic is controversial
within the western scientific community. The debate among scientists and scientific philosophers is
highly charged at times, and becomes acrimonious to the point where reputable skeptical scientists cease
being impartial by refusing to examine the experimental data or theories, and they prefer to bypass
rational discourse by engaging in ad hominem attacks and irrational “armchair” arguments...
The Chinese researchers reported in their teleportation experiments that high-speed
photography/videotaping recorded test specimens physically “melding” or blending with the walls of
sealed containers, and in a different series of experiments the test specimens would simply disappear from
inside the container only to reappear at another location (after seconds to several minutes of time
transpired). They also reported in the series of radio micro-transmitter experiments that there were large
fluctuations in the intensity (in both amplitude and frequency) of the monitored signal to the effect that it
would either completely disappear or become extremely weak (to the extent that the monitoring
instruments could scarcely detect it); and they discovered that there was a definite correlation between the
change in strength (i.e., radical frequency shifts were observed) of the monitored radio signal and the
teleportation of the radio micro-transmitter, such that the weak or absent signal indicated that the
specimen was “nonexistent” (or in an altered physical state) during teleportation. This data is important
because without the aid of electronic monitoring instruments, the average person’s sensory organs and
usual methods of detection are temporarily unable to perceive the test specimen’s (ambiguous) existence
during the teleportation process. This data offers an important clue on what the teleportation mechanism
is.
Beverly Rubik, a leader in the field of bio-electromagnetics research, has described (Rubik, 1993) the work of Russian scientists who showed negative bioinformation being transmitted from one cell culture to another, presumably through biophoton transfer. Such biophoton emission have been demonstrated in many species, with a spectrum ranging from infrared to ultraviolet, and with injury enhancing the intensity of the light (also see Yanagawa, 2000). She has also described measurements made in England by Dr. Jessel Kenyon, where biophoton emissions from her subject's hand and forehead (corresponding to known points of qi emission in external qigong practice) were markedly higher (approx seven times) than emissions from other points of the body (ie abdomen). Nakamura (Nakamura & al, 2000) showed a drop in surface temperature and an increase in biophoton emission intensity from the hands of qigong practitioners during qigong (the correlation between temperature and intensity is usually reversed, suggesting a possible conversion of energy modalities - LS note). Biophoton measurements were also taken by EugeneWallace using a solid state photon counting device: Wallace found that "more photons were measured" when people "intended to emit more energy" (Rubik, 2000). Finally, Gloria Alvino (1996) mentions studies by Hiroshi Motoyama, who measured low levels of light coming from people who have practiced yoga for many years, and by Dr. Zheng Ronliang, whose research showed that Qigong masters emit some"vital force" with " a very low fluctuating carrier wave".....
My background is in experimental physics and perceptual psychology. I have published more than a hundred refereed technical papers dealing with lasers, laser applications, and ESP research in some of the best scientific journals. And I was a senior staff scientist and project manager for more than two decades at Lockheed Missiles and Space Company and at GTE Sylvania, where I specialized in laser communications and atmospheric wind-shear measurements with lasers. As a laser physicist with forty years of experience in psychic research, I am convinced from the ever-growing data that most people can learn to quiet their minds and move their awareness from their ordinary ego-based mind-set to a much more spacious and interesting perspective—one that is not obstructed by conventional barriers of space and time. This meditative skill is what the eighth-century Buddhist master Padmasainbhava called moving from conditioned awareness to spacious or naked awareness.....
For example, while working for a CIA program at Stanford Research Institute (SRI) in Menlo Park, California, our psychic viewers were able to find a downed Russian bomber in Africa, describe the health of American hostages in Iran, and locate a kidnapped American general in Italy. We also described Soviet weapons factories in Siberia, observed a Chinese atomic bomb test three days before it occurred, and performed countless other amazing tasks.....
Two further outstanding events in my psychic career involved, first, my little post-SRI research group called Delphi Associates, where we made $120,000 by psychically forecasting—for nine weeks in a row—the direction and amount of changes in the silver commodity futures market — without error. This successful forecasting of "December silver" made the front page of The Wall Street Journal and led to a film (The Case of ESP) for the PBS series NOVA in 1983. In the other notable success, our SRI lab was the first to identify and name the kidnapper of heiress Patricia Hearst, who had been abducted from her home in Berkeley in 1974. Our great friend and psychic policeman Pat Price went with us to the Berkeley police station, where I stood with him at a big wooden table as he put his finger on the face of a man his ESP sensed as Hearst's kidnapper. He did this from a police loose-leaf mug book of hundreds of photos (four to a page). He then went on to tell the police where to find the kidnapper's car. When all these facts were confirmed the following day, I knew I had just seen a "miracle." In these cases there is absolutely no chance that it was just our lucky day!
