Since I have to eat crow, I think I will post it on the thread for all to see. lol

After several hours of searching through lots of links, many dead, I return with tired eyes and admit that the only connection from the House of Rothschild to Nazi Germany is the Jacob Schiff connection and it is spurious and convoluted at best.

Though a connection can be made from the House of the Rothschild to Jacob Schiff through his father Moses, who was a key player of one of Rothschilds branches, there is no provable connection from Jacob Schiff to Rockefeller, outside of conspiracy theorist sites; there is a definite connection between Rockefeller and the Nazi's through standard oil though. So, Being someone who believes in logic and the rules of debate, since I can not offer concrete evidence to the Rothschild/Nazi connection, I must retract my statement and cede the point to you. That is one good thing about debate, if the rules are followed it keeps us all honest, and if one can not defend one of their points or positions, they must abandon them, which I do at this time.

On the other hand in the hours spent, searching all of the links I did find a great deal of evidence for the connection of United States business interests and the Nazi's though; and give those links for your perusal.

Did you guys ever stop to think that an unusually high number of people have an obsession with the Nazis?

"Cant use those drawn lines, the nazis used them"..."ah, ok"

If some good ideas were developed at the same time and in the same general location this means no one can use those ideas?

The Soviets never backed the rise of the Nazi Empire. In fact, the Americans and British both contributed to the Nazis in hopes that the Nazis would wipe out the Soviet threat.

And the Soviets never integrated Nazism into its nationhood after WWII. The Soviet Union was a class-less multiculturalist society based on universal class struggle and unity. The Nazis were fascist in the sense that corporations and government worked hand in hand, and positive freedom was assured based on your racial status. And really, use common sense- the Nazi assault on the USSR ended with over 20 million dead Soviets. The Soviets took what they wanted from Nazi technology and engineers, but they left the Nazi social-engineers to the Americans and Americas.

You can call it "childish" all you want, but in reality it is only a child who would not know enough about history to take responsibility in the course of humanity's future based on its past. Those of you who sit in your chairs and cry about how we should forget about the Nazis and related subject because it was all before our lifetimes are truly ignorant.

People are more aware today than they were in the ealry 40's. This is just common sense. More access to information today (an understatement) and things that could pass for normal is much more easily seen as abnormal. If Hitler gave a speech today like he did in the late 1930's and early 40s with the screaming, pounding on the podium and finger pointing people would think "this guy belongs in an institution". That is if you view it in a modern context.

From a sociological standpoint a modern analogy is to study groups of people submersed in hard drug lifestyles. After awhile what seemed abnormal becomes normal and it is just a transitional process and surrounding yourself with like minded people.

My personal belief is that if you take Adolf Hitler out of the equation then WW2 would never have happened. Sure he found a relative handful of people to comprise his inner circle but you can find those same people in any society.

I think it was a combination of Adolf Hitler and the fact that these people were so isolated, as were most or even all people at that time. Again it just goes back to the perception of what is normal and not what IS actually normal.

Well obviously people who learn form history or are aware of history still repeat it. That catch phrase is meant for dim wits.

I mean...there may be a smattering of truth to it but at the same time is very simplistic. Life is more complicated than a one line sound bite.

Germany pushed the human timeline forward harder than any other nation at the time. Through innovation and invention it was able to leap ahead of everyone else. It forced the world powers to play catch up and it took years. Nazi Germany dominated its opponents, and it was only through sly and cunning tricks on part of the Allies that it fell. After the war, The United States, along with Britain and The Soviet Union, absorbed as much as they could from the remains of The Third Reich, by way of employing its scientists, engineers, strategists, mathematicians and the other innovative ideas and technologies developed along the way. Arguably, Germany under Adolf Hitler was the first true 20th century nation. Hitler understood a great deal about how to manage a country and its people (aside from mass genocide and total war, of course). Every thing from computers, to rockets, to telecommunication, to super highways has roots in Nazi Germany. It's not good or bad, it's just how it is.

Okay the fact that nobody has brought up is that these German Scientist, were forced to do what they did. Would any of you have put your home, loved ones, your life, at risk by denying the SS and the Fuhrer. The Gestapo where very, notorious about their actions if one declined.

i would also like to add that the usa meets nearly all criteria to be called a facist state (wiki) with the wtc event somewhat compareable to the burning of the reichstag, Muslims are the new jews and the potus is the new fuhrer. when you see americans devotion to their flag and its proliferation it is reminicent of a cult or the swastika, which, as the germans did, follow it with unswerving loyalty, all under the auspicious guise of a democratic society, but then most countries today practicing democracy are just duped into electing a dictator of sorts, i was going to write a thread about this on its own but looks like the op has beaten me to it. the similarities are enormous when you start looking

If you want me to say something about it, here goes......

The Soviet Union invaded Poland at the same time that Nazi Germany did in 1939. They seized territory, just like the Nazis.

They also honored a non-aggression pact with the Nazis until Hitler launched Operation Barbarossa in 1941.

If it saves you any time, I googled ' Von Braun, garrote, jewish, slave' . The only thing close was on a blog (yes, a blog) about Dachau. It had his name spelled wrong and only reached as far as saying that he turned a blind eye to execution of slave laborers.

We're close, very close to where Germany was right before Hitler took power, but people simply can't or won't see this.
