Iran says will attack any country used to strike its soil

Iran will attack any country whose territory is used by "enemies" of the Islamic state to launch a military strike against its soil, the deputy head of Iran's elite Revolutionary Guards told the semi-official Fars news agency on Sunday.

"Any spot used by the enemy for hostile operations against Iran, will be subjected to retaliatory aggression by our armed forces," Hossein Salami said, during military maneuvers.

The Revolutionary Guards began the two-day ground exercises on Saturday as a show of military might as tension rises between Tehran and the West over Iran's disputed nuclea

Iran has every right to make this statement. Iran is surrounded by nations who allow hostile war mongering entities to build a military presence all around its borders.

Iran is under constant threat of attack even though they pursue diplomatic relations with these hostile nations. If Iran is attacked, they have every right to strike back. Any country who allows their airspace to be used for an Iranian attack, deserves to be attacked.

I hope these corrupt world leaders realize what they're getting themselves into.

Well this is just common sense? Ig you are not neutral, you are an enemy. The enemy does not launch attacks from neutral territory, hence it becomes enemy territory.

They would have to have terror cells set up already.

Couldn't agree more. While chances are that when this thing kicks off Iran will go down, you can bet they will go down swinging. The U.S. and Israel are in for one hell of a fight. An attack will most certainly take place in the near future just so Israel can save face.

Two trains, one track, and no one is taking their foot off of the accelerator. Shouldn't be long now, unfortunately.

Israel already has terror cells set up in and around Iran:

Arrested Spy in Lebanon Confesses MKO's Collaboration with Mossad

Israel used "false flag" operation to recruit anti-Iran militants, report alleges

MKO, Jundollah Having Tight Cooperation

Not only does Iran need to worry about foreign attacks, they're constantly thwarting internal attacks from terrorist cells who get help from the Mossad and CIA.

Iran have caused all of these problems themselves there is no conspiracy surrounding their demise and as it stands currently, they are very lucky that military action hasn't already been taken against them. I don't understand how people come up with these crazy ideas and theories as to why governments around the world are becoming more and more impatient with Iran. Its clear that Iran is hiding something and its crystal clear they are prepared to go to war to protect whatever it is. Is it a nuclear weapon? Who knows? One thing is for sure, Iran are walking on thin ice.

Iran has been under constant attack since the 1940's and they still have not attacked or invaded any nations, surely you don't need a timeline of all the Western meddling in Iran do you?

Israel is guilty of the same (and more) violations regarding their nukes. It is estimated they have between 200 and 300. They are supposed to have ZERO.

BTW I don't apologize for Iran. I think they are just as nutty as the rest of them. Though some of the people there seem good. It's a shame how bad all those countries are (including Israel).

I am pretty sure everyone in the region knows this Iran has a very long history of making threats against just about every nation in the region. And during the Iran Iraq war they tried to bomb the Kuwaiti oil fields, mined the gulf and attacked oil tankers and even US Navy and Soviet Navy ships escorting Kuwaits tankers in and out. They have also been responsible for coup attempts, assasinations, and terror attacks across the middle east and africa. One more threat from Iran is not something that is going to suprise anyone who knows Iran.

An elaboration of these claims would be greatly appreciated. I think you're confusing Iran with the West and Israel who are the true problems in the region.

Its just another holy war being set up. And neither side fights for truth. Sadly, only the dead will see the truth. And those of us that see it while we are still alive can't make a bit of difference. Everything is exactly the way it is supposed to be.

Iran need to be careful with talk like this, they are alienating themselves even further from the Arab league and I suspect with threats like this Saudi Arabia may well start contemplating a strike against Iran. Saudi Arabia have American hardware and the highest funded Armed forces in that region. There will be little opposition from China and Russia should Saudi decide to strike.

Typical western loudmouth propaganda. Please provide proof. Western MM articles are not enough as we know they are in the same boat with the US Military Industrial Complex, the US and European governments as well as the Zionist regime.

Thank you.

Why can everybody else threaten them and they don't even have the right to tell the attackers that they will retaliate.

Hypocrites!

Any nation attacked by anyone from a third party platform, In my opinion, has every right to attack the 3rd party.

Personally, I've a guilty desire to see all of the Middle East wiped off the face of the planet by Comet, Meteor, Mantle Plume, Huge Earthquake, something.
Bye Bye to all of it. Holy Land destroyed by 'act of god', ah that would be hilarious. Sad, but, hilarious.

The whole area is just a cesspool of rivalry and conflict with ethnic and religious tensions at the center.

I kinda wish someone had a moon base and was nuts enough to create their own artificial act of god by catapulting Really BIG rocks from the moon until all that kinetic energy turned all the major cities, and religious sites to smoking meteoric glass.

It's a guilty desire because I, I hate violence, and death, but, this whole Middle East business has been nothing but a thorn in humanity's side since pretty much the dawn of man.
Wipe it clean.

And anybody who knows the US knows that everything you just said can easily be applied to them as well.
