I copy your data.....

So, is this proof that green zealots are ruining the planet?

Well, studies confirm, yes. yes they are.

So whos making the biggest impact, Farmer Joe? or Govt Regulations and Foreign Policy?

he “Dust Bowl” drought of the 1930s was highly unusual for North America, deviating from the typical pattern forced by “La Nina” with the maximum drying in the central and northern Plains, warm temperature anomalies across almost the entire continent, and widespread dust storms. General circulation models (GCMs), forced by sea surface temperatures (SSTs) from the 1930s, produce a drought, but one that is centered in southwestern North America and without the warming centered in the middle of the continent. Here, we show that the inclusion of forcing from human land degradation during the period, in addition to the anomalous SSTs, is necessary to reproduce the anomalous features of the Dust Bowl drought. The degradation over the Great Plains is represented in the GCM as a reduction in vegetation cover and the addition of a soil dust aerosol source, both consequences of crop failure. As a result of land surface feedbacks, the simulation of the drought is much improved when the new dust aerosol and vegetation boundary conditions are included. Vegetation reductions explain the high temperature anomaly over the northern U.S., and the dust aerosols intensify the drought and move it northward of the purely ocean-forced drought pattern. When both factors are included in the model simulations, the precipitation and temperature anomalies are of similar magnitude and in a similar location compared with the observations. Human-induced land degradation is likely to have not only contributed to the dust storms of the 1930s but also amplified the drought, and these together turned a modest SST-forced drought into one of the worst environmental disasters the U.S. has experienced.

Now a problem in China. Man can only do regional damage. Our Planet isnt something we created so we really cannot destroy it. Other than Regionally. Like changing Rainfall patterns and such.
Too many people making money from change for Changes sake.
Whats hot today. I get a government loan of say $500mil stuff the money into my pockets, file bankruptcy and call it Global Climate Initiative!!! go figure

please keep in mind, im giving science the benefit of the doubt here, as i explained before, modern science and its data looks to prove things now, not necessarily to learn from, or disprove its own data. its the corruption ive tried to point out...

I don't care for VIEWPOINTS.
PROVE THAT THAT DATA IS FALSE,
or I won't bother replying.

Data can be interpreted many ways?
wow, that was exactly my viewpoint also.
thats why hawking bet you will never find the higgs boson particle, yet know one is denying his viewpoint, based ON FACTS and OBSERVATIONS.

RECAP: PROVE THE SENTANCE WRONG! Don't provide another viewpoint. THERE ARE infinite VIEWPOINTS:
If you don't, I will not bother replying.
I will consider FACTS as FACTS, and YOU will become A FACT DENIER.
Kind of the definition of GULLIBLE, I would say.
You are in essence, ascertaining a viewpoint and evangelizing it is the only viewpoint, when clear it is not.
PLUS a viewpoint has nothing to do with facts.
Its like interpreting the acts of JESUS.
The facts are facts.
YoU ARE TRYING TO FORCE YOUR viewpoint on me.
The only way that will work, is if you prove the sentence WRONG:
Climatic models overstated....blablabla, escape to athmosphere....want me to requote?

Calm down. Very well - the Taylor article (which is badly-written from a journalistic standpoint because it mentions 'alarmists' in the first paragraph, not a sign of a neutral viewpoint) links to the piece in Remote Sensing, which has an analysis of the data from NASA. Note the use of the word 'analysis', because we're dealing with models and other viewpoints. The other article I mentioned says that there's doubt about the correct interpretation being placed on the data. You get this a lot when it comes to data analysis, especially when it comes to something like atmospheric research. Clear now?

not to be smart, as i do appreciate the link, but do you not see the obvious problem-reaction-solution of the Hegelien Dialect that leads to to more Govt Regulations, and creation of more Departments and the like?

To use the Dust Bowl example--as though they create the problem, so they can give you the solution?

you mean like using food for fuel.
housing crisis is causing the recession
war profiteering
sorta like these?
yes exactly like the Dust Bowl problem reaction solution exactly.

The BP mega disaster, Fukushima, Chernobyll, Exxon Valdez, Fracking, millions of vehicles of all sizes belching out exhaust, factories pumping emissions 24/7 into the atmosphere, huge plastic/trash islands on the ocean surface, indiscriminate destruction of the rainforest, depleted uranium, gold mining and mercury pollution in the rivers and seas destroying plankton/aquatic plant life, etc, etc,ETC!

All these have no impact on the environment and climate?!?!

WTF are you on?! Heavy dose of oil industry checks?!

2012 and we still have this self-destructive propaganda thrown around and, what's worse, believed by the neanderthals that are too scared to accept progress.

To HELL with the "miracle of fossil fuels"!

Would you agree this is how the greenies are destroying the planet? So they can rebuild it anew. I guess its not worth pointing out that Hitler and his dupes loved the Green Man.

Its less of a question of individual fault via Farmer Joe, plumber joe.....I mean, no one impacts the earth like organized crime. (ei;Cheneys Bechtel knowingly used faulty concrete in the Gulf oil spill, and said so in their Contract with BP. They were protected from any lawsuits)

All the bike riding, recycling, and alternative fuels we use to "counter balance our carbon footprint" are a drop in the bucket compared to the real problems of a stubborn status quo.

Im quite sure there is an element at work here, that will ruin the earth, and blame it on you and I--so that we require more control. Im not sure about you, but Im not cool with being wrongfully accused of eco-genocide while the big wigs continue to move the chess pieces around. We wont live in prosperity and happiness in that future...

this is the meat of my musing.

Hitler's religious views are cloudy at best, as he seemed to have believed in an aryan version of Jesus, which was of course 100% rubbish. Goebbels thought that the twisted little freak was "deeply religious but entirely anti-Christian."

Nor am I but thats the reality of it. People are too apathetic to do anything about it. Unless people get rid of their belief of owning land and start building towering cities where food can be grown underground using hydroponics. Building the cities high enough so above the clouds they can get all the solar wind energy they need plus the water collected. In other words it is not just the big wigs who are at fault here...

Regular people are not the problem. Growing whatever we want? The govt would raid or pay any entrepeneur not to grow crops that mess with the corporate bottom line. The elite are making a quick fortune while the Earth goes to Hell and that's the way they want it. "Who cares if the planet is garbage in 70 years since we will be dead anyway, right? Gotta make as many billions as we can NOW at all costs! Our children? Hah, they'll be fine in their underground mansions still enjoying their fortune. Oh, you meant YOUR children? Well, they're doomed because you are a stupid nature-loving hippie!". See what I mean?

I totally understand but you are not realising that you have a choice. You can play their game in which you use their services and pay tax or you can chose not to play their game and not pay tax or use their services like banks etc. The more people that refuse to pay tax lessen the need of their services you are robbing them off their power. As i said people are too apathetic and prefer to be in debt to a system that is plainly wrong. Capitalism the need for growth... You can only have growth at the expense of the enviornment. once one resource is used up you just move onto the next one. The human race is nothing more than a cancerous parasite living off its host body. No green zealots here just greedy people and the people who believe in that dream of wealth
