Given the language, and intent of the Second Amendment, it is perfectly clear that all People are protected in The United States from any government interference in their right to keep and bear arms. This would include, given the vast nuclear arsenal the federal government of the United States has stockpiled, the right of every individual to keep and bear nuclear weapons.
Source???
Dear Lord! Have you no idea how to Google the Second Amendment? For Christ's sakes how loony will this all get?
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
~Second Amendment from the Bill of Rights of the Constitution for the United States of America~
There's your source, Bub. Of course, if you cannot be bothered to look that up yourself, it is doubtful you will bother to read it now.

None of this changes the fact that it was indeed the United States of America who first developed nuclear weapons and the only nation to use these weapons of mass destruction during time of war. This is OUR responsibility seabag. Banging the war drums over Iran does nothing to accept that awesome responsibility. Angry and fearful rhetoric about perceived threats against the nation of the United States does not change the fact that the U.S. is responsible for bringing the threat of nuclear holocaust into this world. This is OUR responsibility!
I’m not banging war drums, Sir. I just don’t want them to have nuclear weapons. They are under absolutely no threat of invasion by Israel, America, England or any other country for that matter. As I’ve stated, I don’t want military intervention in Iran unless all other options have failed.
As far as your WWII reference, America was attacked from an outside country and we used a small yield (by today’s standards) nuclear device on Japan. Since then, the US has done more for Japan than any country on the planet and has never used that capability again on any country. Japan is a strong ally of US and they are a prosperous, sovereign country. Why? Because they stopped their aggression towards America.
If Iran uses a nuclear weapon, it will be much more devastating (better technology) than what US used on Japan, and I assure you Iran will not pick us up and dust us off afterwards.

I see, since the yield the U.S. used in nuclear weaponry was in your estimation small enough to make their current arsenal quite okay, and the U.S.'s charitable attitude towards Japan makes it even more okay. Interesting.
funny enough, i watched a documentry today about the bomb
america dropped in japan. All those innocent lives gone, just like
that. It was horrible seeing children who had basically turned to
dust in a matter if seconds. And then you had the people who lived,
with their skin hanging off and burns all over the body. And then you
have the radiation sickness.
I also watched a documentry about the korean war, and america
thought about using the bomb in the chinese.
Its a disgusting, evil weapon!

Mobile chemical weapons labs that turned out to be ice cream trucks?
How many lies did the Bush administration and the MSM tell the American public to sell them on the idea of attacking Iraq?

Iran has over 25000 jews living peacefully , not being killed.
Keyword you forgot to put into that statement belongs at the end. That word is yet
So that statement should read as: Iran has over 25000 jews living peacefully, not being killed...yet.
Yet, . Yet.
You seem right at home in a Warmonger thread.
You can't find any legitimate reason to attack this country, Iran.
That you want to attack them for crimes they HAVEN'T committed YET. .YET.

For those countries that already possess those means, we should not allow them to be stronger than us.
It’s not about war….it’s about peace through strength…..it’s about diplomacy….it’s about stopping threats to our security by any and every means. I was taught to pray for the best and prepare for the worst and that is what I’ll do.

What makes you think i want to attack them? I'm not a warmonger. I've never killed anyone in my entire life and i do not support the killing of people. However I am not a fool that is going to stick his head in the sand and pretend this is not happening.
So youre justification is they haven't commited these war crimes yet. Ask yourself, if you could go back in time and kill Adolf Hitler while he was still in his crib to avert WWII, would you do it? If you say no, that makes you a mass murderer, if you say yes, youre still a murderer but whats the justification of that? Preventing the deaths of the 75 million people that died in WWII versus the life of one person. Do you see the dilemma? No one wants to allow it to get to the point where we have to allow millions to die so theyre taking pre-emptive measures.
Iran supports terrorist organizations and funds them and they cannot be allowed to tip the balance in the favor of Jihadists hell bent on killing anyone that is not muslim and yes i went there because it's tied into this mess as thick as molasses,
