Yes, there is. www.ntsb.gov... You will now start with the same old .. "but, but, but they never matched up the numbers!" The FDR was used as evidence in the trial of Zacarias Moussaoui. Keep in mind that American Airlines and Boeing both were involved in translating the data. So, becareful with pointing your fingers as the amount of people involved in your cover up increases daily.

Your appeal to authority fallacy is just so pathetic. We have found out since the discovery of DNA that we have literally put hundreds of innocent people to death. So appealing to the authority of the courts is out. take that weak argument to another discussion forum where it belongs. Appealing to the authority of the FBI is equally as ironic as they have been known to be on the inside on inside jobs at least once. However that brings me to the point that I never even mentioned cover up, yet you directly accuse me of it.

That's completely crazy. If you were to say that the FDR is possibly not real - but that you can't know for sure - then I'd understand, although not agree with your position. But to say that you know for a fact that it isn't real - well, surely you'd need evidence for that? Or otherwise might you not be being a tiny bit hypocritical?

Hold the phone cowboy. You said as I quoted you above that there isn't any FDR evidence. You were either unaware of the SSFDR that was found by Firefighters and EMT workers at the scene, or you are lying. In fact, both black boxes were found. The CVR was not salvagable. The SSFDR was. Information was gathered from it and translated by Boeing and American Airlines. This information was used in a criminal trial and accepted by the defense attorneys. Perhaps you should have assisted Zacarias Moussaoui team during his trial? I have appealed to no one. Your claim of a logical fallacy is inapproprite.

the problem here is that in this case evidence was allowed into a trial that is normally even allowed past the investigation stage. So I am wrong when I say there is no evidence, which was also blatant sarcasm. The reason I chose to use sarcasm is obvious, the evidence is sans serial number and disputed by many. If the precedent from this case were taken into consideration the bar for forensic standards would be forever lowered. Also, it was in fact bait, which weed took but you did not. I already admitted that there was evidence. Not reading what I post and then personally insulting me is both against the TOS and ignorant.
