Star for you my friend. I do wonder if the is anyway to find out what Logging Companies work in that area where this took place?.
If we could find out that it would be a start, then it would be just a matter of getting enough people together to go over there and teach them a lesson, and help these poor people defend them selfs against said company. or organize something to bring this to light, and get justice against this logging company.

Hah that's funny. Brazil is so incredibly corrupt it makes European or North American corruption look honest by comparison.

The only thing that rules there is money, and NOTHING gets done without corruption. No contract is signed, no deal is made without some form of underlying corruption. Politicians even admit to their corruption and are reelected even after being prosecuted for corruption. Running with slogans like "I am corrupt, but at least I get things done".

Add to that that life is worth nothing, unless its the life of one of the ruling elite's families. Here's a list of the biggest criminals in South America:

Do not think for one second these people are only into legitimate business. These are people who own companies that commit the worst crimes possible, and undoubtably are also involved in illegal weapons and drug trade.

Okay St. Thomas , maybe because the victims were Amazonian Tribespeople, they did not have a camera. Perhaps the only cameras were with the accused, hence no evidence. I do appreciate what you are saying though, but in this instance, I can see there being no evidence brought forth other than testimonial.
These kind of situations, industry against natives, could be considered war like, and in war sometimes terrorizing is used, as in an event that sends fear to others in opposition. So I think this could have happened. If the tribe was not technological(sounds like they weren't), then who is gonna report such heinous actions by loggers? Word against word. Point is, you know these things get heated at times, and when you are deep in the Amazon, with no witness, who knows what level a human may go to.

This is another one of those crazy stories I see on a daily basis here on the internet. I truly wonder nearly everyday if we can ever stop this incredibly fast downfall of our species. It's amazing that we still have people this mentally retarded running around in our world. The "Primitive" tribes have a lot more sensibility than most people in any city these days.

I don't want to live on this planet anymore.

Enough is enough.

I say we stop sitting on our asses and do something, this is just disgusting. Someone near that place should go and kill those loggers in the most horible way possible.

Since when the f--k does a company's profit is more important than a human life? What the hell? The loggers and the logging company should be put out of business, sent up in flames if possible.

Your so right, a star for you my friend.
I'm sure that with enough of us we could help this people, like what was said these loggers are using War tactics and making war with people that have no way to stand up for them selfs.
If i knew enough of us could get together and do something about this, id be more then happy to go get on a plane over to there and try to help.
The way i see it if the loggers wants a war lets give them one, and give them payback for what they are doing to this planet and to them poor people..

Brazil is the country where the murderer walk free from the police station even with charges, everything has a price and justice doesn't work.

There is profit to be made of this area.

Relocate them, or kill them all, just for money. This is how it HAS TO BE.

Profits and money > Human lives.

If these Natives knew what was good for them, they'd get out of the only lands they know and let big corp. come in and rape it.
