For the record (not that I can prove it) but I am not a paid plant or even a volunteer plant. I have been reading ATS on and off for several years. Recently, I have come across some evidence that I think the members will appreciate and have been drafting my thesis. I finally created an account in order to present my evidence, but you need 20 posts in order to start a new thread.
Long story short, the original thread I intended to post is not ready yet (waiting on final confirmation of a specific piece of evidence) but in reaching the 20 comment threshold, found that have enjoyed posting on ATS even more than just reading.
I have come to appreciate the community by how rational thought seems to rise from the stinking piles of refuse. This is very rare on the internet.
I posted this article, because nobody else had yet, and it articulated the concerns I have recently felt about Dr. Paul. If it makes you sleep better at night thinking I am a paid shill, then I welcome you to indulge that fantasy. However, the truth is that I am the very kind of person (multiplied by millions) that could put Dr. Paul in the White House but issues like this are huge hurdles. Cast me and others with similar concerns to the side if you will, but be aware that by doing so, it might be casting aside the campaign.
I apologize if this came across as too personal, but I am not used to be called "The Man".
It stings a little.

if the individual is concerned that it could lead to hitler part deux, that may have some bearing on it. if i think i am seeing warning signs of that i would be among the first to withdraw any vocal support for him, as i don't support the wiping of any group of people on this planet!
Ron Paul’s fellow travelers. I’m still trying to find evidence that Ron Paul’s interview on this disgusting show happened as scheduled, so stay tuned. (Donate via Paypal)

The story so far: apparently Ron Paul was scheduled to appear on the notorious radio show “The Political Cesspool,” a talk show in Kentucky connected to the white separatist Council of Conservative Citizens and the Holocaust denial group Institute for Historical Review.
The announcement of Ron Paul’s appearance was posted on the blog of Political Cesspool co-founder Austin Farley: Congressman Ron Paul TONIGHT On The Cesspool.
If true, this would be the most direct connection yet between Ron Paul and the kind of people who cheer for David Duke. But as Adam Holland and I both discove

I completely agree - you should be able to lose flags and stars for ignorant posts - the quality of posts would go up overnight.
Vote up - vote down. Sounds like a great idea.

Well, I hope the anti-Ron Paul Obamites have prepared a defense for his Marxist Liberation Theology pals and his long term attendance at the racist Rev Wrights church.
By the time Paul's GOP opponents are done with him the Obama campaign won't have to do much of anything in the miraculous event of a Paul nomination.
And I would guess Obama and company would be tickled pink to have Paul as the nominee. They would be able to run to the right of him on a number of issues.
Four words...."Operation Fast and Furious."
Now sit down and be quiet.
