My post was not a matter of opinion, but compasion. We are talking about the death of a human being. It is not something to ridicule or laugh at... if you feel that a death of another human is "satisfying" i can only hope you feel the same towards your own life and others that you love. Would it be worth making jokes and celebrating their deaths over a heart attack?
It may seem ok to say "his people suffered"... but really, did they? When compared to nations such as the hypcritical US... we can clearly see that the governing power over there is obviously not any different.
There are millions of americans who go by without hardly any food or pay every single day, many of which struggle to find shelter. For the sake of making a point, it seems the fact that North-Korea's citizens are 'suffering' is the only basis for Jong-Il being some kind of evil dictator.
Its not unexpected that Fox, CNN and the usual bunch would be airing headlines such as:
DICTATOR DEAD
However, if Obama or Bush suddenly had a heart attack would the same headline be used? All i can tell you is that it should be.
First off you are forgetting that North Korea is a communist nation. Many aspects of this can be a good thing... obviously some will suffer... but the same can be said for the west's capitalistic view of the world, in which i honestly think more people tend to suffer as a result. As i'm trying to point out, the fact that Jong-Il was the leader of a communist nation, this is what is making him an quote: "EVIL DICTATOR"? On that basis alone... would it not be right to incite death to your own leaders for waging wars and actually murdering people in blind sight?
Besides, a human being is a human being. You do not direspect the dead. Doesn't matter who they are, but if you really wished them dead... you keep it to yourself.

The #1 icon of socialism and atheism has died. This guy represented everything the left stands for: Deification of Humans, replacement of Capitalism with State-Planning, removal of all Religion from the public, replacement of merit with total equality, seeing Government as a parent. I assume Chavez while now take his place as the prime left-wing idol.

Why are people pouring into the streets weeping? Give me a break! The warped cult of personality lives on and on and on.What they should have been pouring out into the streets about, long before he died,is the fact that their backstabbing, cruel and heartless psycho leader funneled untold numbers of innocent people into forced labor and death camps, but if they had expressed their dissatisfaction over those, they would have been thrown into the camps as well...
The sheeple are brainwashed and blinded and led astray...What else is new?...Nothing...
