The Bible is Man-kinds supernatural guide book to life, the teachings of Jesus are no more irrelevant now then they were when first laid down in the first century... Just because something is old doesn't mean its no longer true. I mean with that attitude we could say the sun was primitive, but where would we be without it? The bible doesn't need to be changed or updated because the truth is absolute and the scriptures are complete. The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ was a historical event that took place in the ancient world that was seen by many thousands of witnesses. Do you have any idea about bible prophecy? Thousands have already come to fruit and as we get closer to the end times, we are seeing prophecy's being fulfilled more frequently, half the things you see in the news were already foretold in the bible.

I don't get the meaning or the popularity of this post.

Reality is, men and women bring two totally different dynamics to a child. To rob a child of this is tantamount to child abuse.

They are making the case that homosexual is not immoral or wrong.

When this is just a rare example and I actually have doubts about the validity of his story.

Looks like you missed the point of my post entirely. In fact both of my posts. The first one I made was about the Marxist enmity with both family and religion and how Engels believed it necessary to modify both to eliminate them as threats to his vision of communism, as well as the Statist control of both family and religion, whatever form that takes.
You can be amenable to the belief system of Marx and Engels without specifically being familiar with Marx or Engels. There are many Marxist professors in the schools which promote Marxist philosophy, and they don't even have to say what it is to transfer the ideas to a naive and unsuspection generation of youth.

I might add that since you have made it an anti-Christian point(hence my post to you directly) to discuss the Roman date to be in accord with Pagan ideals, the date itself is of very little issue to people who see beyond such externalities, especially it being done by a Roman Emperor simply with the permission of the Bishops. You just made it an issue as an excuse to bash Christians. How funny and ironic you fell right into the depiction of Marxist types as anti-Christian and anti-family.

I stopped reading 4 or 5 pages ago, couldn't do it anymore.

People who are anti-gay are a) of a previous generation who did not accept gays, or b) religious fools. and an extension of a) those people projecting their intolerance on their children.

Every single person i know, has no issue with gay people, hell, we all even have a couple gay friends. It doesnt matter anymore. This pro gay and anti gay bull# is something that should be put to rest, no one gives a damn anymore, and the people who do give a damn, are basing it on a book and on assumptions.

Marriage is religious and has been co-opted by the law as fact. Who says a man can't marry a man, or a woman with a woman. Jesus said this? Do you have a transcript from 2000 years ago? This old paradigm needs to end.

If anything, Jesus wanted us to be tolerant of each other, no matter what choices we not choices we make. Chances are, if you are an intolerant #. Then you're going to hell.

He is obviously loving to his moms in a dear way, but the reality is men and women bring two totally different dynamics into a child's rearing, so he has no clue what he missed out on.

Nor do we know whether he will be capable of engaging in a traditional marriage and raising children of his own.

Frankly, I feel sorry for him and fear for his future as a man.
