Very true, went to raw sugar a few weeks ago too, the next thing will be white flour, they are also counterproductive to our bodies.
The kids haven't suffered much so far (cereal etc) and I have had to re-educate myself on cooking because I love to bake novelty cakes. It can be done though, nothing is impossible.

Funny though cause even natural spring water, the best and healthiest water you can get, also has dangerous toxins in yet people make a big fuss about fluoride and aspartame and such like it's gonna strike you down dead on the spot after just one tiny drop
